Actually, there is an AU that triggered the creation of Former Time Trio.
The AU is "Mirrored Murder-mination".
The characters were Last Breath Sans, Murder Sans, and Insanity Sans.
Probably LB Vs. Dust Vs. Insanity in Mirrored Murder-mination.
After seeing the three, I wondered if there was a Trio version of this, but the Trio-like thing hadn't been made yet.
So I decided to make a Trio version of the "Last Breath Sans, Murder Sans and, Insanity Sans".
This is the beginning of the Former Time Trio ...

I really like this the trio it’s self I mean.firstly the name is former time trio what do they all have in common they all used to be ut sans they all were happy then you came and destroyed everyone they loved over and over again each of them took it a different way. Dust killed everyone for power,insanity killed everyone because he went insane, and lb got help from gaster. All of them joined up to stop what made them like this and all of them are giving up what made them terrible . If dust was still a murder he would have killed both of them and got much stronger if insanity was still insane he would kill them (there is more to insanity however) he would also have paps skull no longer crying because the whole reason he holds the skull is to torture paps but he stoped and had paps just watch the watch the fight. Last breath has done nothing terrible so i believe he is the one to convince dust and insanity.

Dust has gone mad because of your constant resets and murders
Insanity because of a failed experiment causes him to go insane.
His gaster wanted to make him stronger but failed halfway he wanted to make him stronger to kill you. Failed and that is the result. Pure Insanity.
Now me... Personally I'm the most sane out of all us. Thanks to a old friend my memories of the past routes have returned.. Kinda wish I didn't know thought

Because of all the trios it’s gotten hard for me to decide which one is my favorite. And tbh it might be this one the way this music was composed is nothing but perfect. the fact that this music seems kind of suspenseful (to me at least) is because Dust and Insanity are in it but also gives you a vibe that you’re dealing with the normal Sans because not only did all three of them used to be the normal Sans but you can kind of hear the guitar of the original Megalovania in there along with the other instruments. In a way this is the trio that sorta started it all. I read the description of the “No Longer A Bunch Of Slackers” which is the phase 1 theme song for the Karmatic Time Trio, and while I was reading I saw that it said the way the music was arranged was inspired by “Experienced Not Slackers” the phase 1 theme song for this trio. And then more people started creating more trios some of them inspired by this trio and the trio Jacoobins made which is The Conclusivary Trio was inspired by Karmatic Time Trio, Forced Changes Trio, and Former Time Trio. And Forced Changes Trio was inspired by this trio so he basically got inspired by inspiration. But Redrum this trio is my favorite trio by far we waited a while for phase 2 to come out and it was worth the wait I can’t even lie to you about something like that. The day phase 3 comes out it will be the only song I listen to for that whole day.

Ok so everyone knows when dust sans before he killed everyone and ULB sans fought the human he remembered the genocide timelines right? So i noticed something interesting on this: Basically when sans remembers the timelines 2 alternate universes can be created: Undertale: Last Breath or Dusttale. Why you might be asking? Because in the DLG universe (DLG stands for Dusttale: Last Genocide) You can see in the cutscene that its SIGHTLY SIMILAR to ULB universe, so its Normal sans decision to create 2 alternate universes. This was actually very interesting and surprising for me and it blowed my mind.

I tried to make my own story witch I don't think it's good.
LB:"Alright, as that guy said. That's not the first time...What?!"
LB saw a skeleton same with him. The Sans had his hoodie over his head and his jacket had some dust on it.
LB:"Can it be...?"
LB thought to himself
LB: 'I could use some help. I can't do this alone. I can't pass an opportunity like this."
LB thought to himself. He then risked to go and ask for help.
LB:"Heya other me."
??:"... How many resets?
LB was confused about his weird question. But he told him anyway.
LB:"I don't know. I can't remember resets."
LB told him. But the Sans didn't believe him.
??:"You don't seem like you don't know what's going on."
LB:" I can't remember the resets. But today, when I was in waterfall. I saw a door never to been seen before. When I checked inside, I found this mysterious guy who told me everything I need to know."
The Sans's eye sockets went empty and he looked down.
??:"..."
LB:"And judging from that expression. You already know who I'm talking about."
The Sans nodded.
LB:"What do they call you, buddy?"
The Sans said nothing until
Dust:"call me Dust."
Dust:"why did you approached me anyway?"
Dust said with a serious yet confused expression. LB's eye sockets went empty.
LB:"I tried to stop them many times and I kept failing. I don't want another genocide. But that human will do anything to get the knew ending they want."
Dust's eyes wide open a little bit. He then went back to his serious expression.
LB:"I can't do this alone. I wanted to ask you if you'd-"
But before LB could finish his sentence. Dust interrupted him
Dust:"no..."
LB wasn't surprised.
LB:"I can help back if you help me. I don't want another genocide. Surely you can understand that."
LB smirked.
Dust:"should I cooperate with him? I need help too. I can't do this alone... If I help him, he will help me...right?"
Dust thought to himself.
Dust:"I accept your offer."
LB was shocked. He didn't thought he would agree.
Dust:"Only...if you help me back..."
LB stand still until he raised his hand.

Dust shake his hand. After some seconds of silence. Dust saw something or someone behind LB.
Dust:"There's someone behind you... another Sans?"
When LB turned around, he saw another Sans with some cracks on his skull, full of blood and holding Papyrus's skull.
Dust:"...paps..."
Dust thought to himself with anger.
The Sans had a wide smile until he run towards LB and attacked him. LB was trying his best to dodge. LB used blue magic to slam the Sans on a tree. Then immediately, dust fired a large Gaster Blaster.
Dust:"It seems like this one prefers close hand to hand attacks."
The Sans tried to kill them. But with LB and Dust teaming up. He lost.
LB:"Jeez buddy. You gave as a bit of a workout there... You are a capable fighter..."
Dust saw the Sans lying on the ground.
Dust:"I say we kill him before he gets up."
Dust summoned a Gaster Blaster but before he shoot. LB stopped him.
LB:"We can't win alone Dust."

LB said with a cold and serious tone.

Dust and LB was ready to fight again... But nothing happened. So, LB tried to help the Sans get up."
Dust:"What do they call you?"
The Sans laughed a little bit.
Insanity:"insanity".
The were now a whole trio.
LB:"Come on... We don't have time to waste."
Then, the tree teleported themselves to waterfall.
LB:"So... What can we do to make them reset once and for all?'
Insanity was at the corner listening to them but no entirely. He was laughing at himself. Until
Dust:" I have an idea."
Insanity stopped and looked at Dust silently.
LB:"So... What is it?"
Dust:" We want to make them reset once and for all right?"
Insanity and LB nodded.
Dust:"then, we should make them suffer before they die."
LB was thoughtful I about Dust's words while Insanity's wide smile came back.
LB:" So, you're saying we were killing them fast."
Dust:"Yes. A fast death is a gentle one. If we make them suffer before we kill them, they will reset."
LB knew that the human would leave the ruins in some minutes.
LB:"Let's do this then."
LB will kill the human like that. LB ONLY.
Many deaths later
The human child arrived at the corridor. When they approached the checkpoint-
"3 left"
The human child was confused. How come there is THREE monsters alive? Only Sans should be alive. The human tried to go back but some bones blocked the entrance. The only exit before killing Sans.
The human walked forward.
Sans appears Infront of them but in the opposite way.
The human was confused. Sans had his hoodie over his head and his jacket had some dust on it. The human child felt some DETERMANATION in Sans SOUL for the first time. When Sans turned around. The human was shocked. His left eye were purple and red while the right eye w had the shape of a determination soul.
Dust:"Again huh? Let's have some fun, shall we?"
LB teleported Infront of Dust.
LB:"I told you human. Reset. You could just change everything with a button."
Insanity appeared
Insanity:"But no... You wanted something knew."
Dust:"Now... You have what you wanted... Be careful what you wish for."
LB: "It's a beautiful day outside"
Dust move on LB's left side
Dust:" Birds are singing. Flowers are blooming."
Insanity moved on LB's right side.
Insanity:" on days like these, kids like you!"
Former time trio:"WILL KNOW THE TRUE MEANING OF PAIN!"

the sprite of insanity sans the eyes are placed differently if no one noticed and dust sans mouth has the cheek outlines on each side of the mouth and insanity sans mouth is less of a smile and LB!sans LEFT eye is a bit droopy
