I used to listen to “It’s Raining Somewhere Else” all the time. One of the most calming pieces of music ever composed.
Especially when there's rain sounds to go along with it

I think we can agree that the only one that can sum the entire game up in one song is, in fact, Undertale. The song that truly makes you feel the journey and family and friends you meet along the way.

I fell in love with the thematic placing of the slow calming "Undertale" through a long peaceful hallway full of monsters who appear only to tell you their story. Followed by the tense but also calm moment accompanied by "The Choice" as Sans evaluates you and your choices you've made. Then you are later having your first encounter with the King of Monsters and his "Small Shock" of seeing you have made it this far. To which he responds by allowing you to prepare yourself before your face down with him in the hollow hallway of "Barrier". As the King in the Mountain say his final goodbyes to you he promptly destroys your only way of sparing him his life to begin his final battle as the Hero who intends on releasing his people from their prison that they have been sealed in for so long.
Yeah, the way the soundtrack "holds its breath," as it were, is incredibly artful in my opinion.

Death by Glamour, Spider Dance, Metal Crusher. These are all quite good choices. Clearly they haven't listed to the "song that might play when you fight Sans". Yes, it sounds like it's straight out of MMX3, but it's underappreciated.
Spider Dance is the best. Through the whole video, I was just WAITING for it to be mentioned, and I was so happy when it was finally mentioned at the end, and deemed the best(Even with 'Bird that Carries You Over a Disproportionately Small Gap' mentioned after)

Can't believe yall legitimately forgot about Finale. Personal favourite, you can literally HEAR the passion put into the instruments during the second half. Bells to indicate a day of reckoning and end, leitmotifs to remind you of past, tamer experiences with this now demi-god that stands above you in the form of Omega Flowey, taken to an extreme for the sheer purpose of accentuating his power. You can even hear dips and changes in the tunes to make it sound emotional and vast. No other peice like it.

There four categories of music for Undertale: Catchy, atmosphere/mood, emotional, and epic/fight
For best atmosphere, I think It's Raining Somewhere Else is the best or one of the Snowdin Themes. For most emotional, it's definitely Undertale or His Theme. For best fight, it's Hope and Dreams/Save The World. For catchiest tune, I nominate of the Temm's themes.

They’re all such good pieces, it’s very hard to decide which is best. Spider dance has some of the most streams on Spotify, and megalovania launched into other parts of internet culture. Most of the boss themes carry so much emotion that someone’s favorite theme likely relates to their favorite character or route in the game.

This is surprisingly well made, and yeah, I think the most well made Undertale track is ASGORE, but Spider Dance is the catchiest, and Hopes and Dreams is my favorite

"ASGORE", "Spider Dance", and "Hopes and Dreams" are my 2nd, 4th and 3rd favourite respectively, my 1st being "Dummy!", because of my fondness for retro-swing style music, and though "Undertale" is in my top 10 because of it's innate glimpse into the emotion of the story, I feel it's not as good as "ASGORE" because of how vague said emotion is. Not that any of the soundtrack was below amazing, kudos to the writer!

I like how the intro establishes that this case is taking place in the 90’s, so either this is an alternate universe or they have access to time travel in order to even know what Undertale is.
Deatj by Glamor can't be topped. It's such a good combination of other themes from mettaton while still adding a new theme to give you the feeling that this is whole new character. Say goodbye to old Mettaton because now you're witnessing something truly *FABULOUS*

But I am also surprised at the same time because gaster is well known throughout the undertale community.

As someone who is a big nerd that listens to the Undertale Soundtrack all the time, this had me cackling. This really do be how it is sometimes. Only thing it was missing was pulling “Song that might play when you fight Sans” out of nowhere and having them acknowledge that it isn’t even in the game! Or bringing up “Can you really call this a hotel, I didn’t receive a mint on my pillow or anything” just because of the ridiculously long name!
If you put Undertale music over Ace Attorney it would still sound like Ace Attorney music, like, it's so fitting, I love this video

Some of my favorites are Battle Against a True Hero and ASGORE. They both give me the shivers, they're so good.
I agree,Hopes and dreams sounds so powerful and asgore is literally telling asgore's story,It sounds so tragic yet heroic.

I love the OST so much that it tends to fluctuate. My personal favorites are Waterfall, Reunited, An Ending, Snowdin, Another Medium, and the Main theme. But tbh, I like them all.

I love Heartache (AKA Toriel's Theme) the best by far because of the amount of emotion that is carried through it. Also, the first drop is just so incredibly epic that I think it deserves more attention than it gets. Also, It's Raining Somewhere Else has become another one of my favorite themes to exist as a whole, not even just within the realm of video game music- it's just honestly beautiful and calming.

I’ll be honest, I think that reality check throught the skull (or in the playlist it’s the song that might play when you fight sans) is the best, it combines a bunch of different boss music to create a definitive final battle where it feels like sans is actually representing everyone, there’s bits of what I think is bonetrousle, it has some spider dance, and of course some megalovania, and more
i love "fallen down" it's peaceful and nostalgic

You even took away the right of living to some of the so called "monsters". You leave a permanent stain on the underworld as you kill the King. Sometimes you are remembered for your good deeds. Sometimes you are remembered as the cruelest person ever seen, but even then... Your journey has ended there, Sans declares his judgement but nothing changes from that... The Underground is still trapped... And your life has ceased... Your determination is the only thing that decides the fate of the next journey because this one has come to an end:
