I received my XVives Friday and tried them Friday! They are AWESOME!! Extra MEGA advantage. I have reduced mobility as my knee joints are shot (getting them replaced in the next 12 months). The XVives are a life changer and I can now move around my music room without the fear of tripping over cables.
I’ve had this exact Xvive wireless rig for 2-3 years…. It’s awesome! No lag! I’ve left it on overnight (obviously not playing it) and was able to play for 3 hours they next day without charging. Haven’t found a negative yet
This may be a good idea for my small recording/playing space. I'm always rolling around/over, stepping on my cable. Nice to see it fits a strandberg also. This may clean up my area a bit. Yeah, and great playing too.
I’m always afraid of batteries going dead or drop outs on a gig. Maybe I’ll take the wireless plunge Great video Jimmy! Hope the new baby and the fam is well Rock on 🤘
Ok. Weeeellll I love the Mustang micro. But if you need to do more serious stuff in the future the scarlet will take you waaaaaay further as an interface.
It interferes with wifi--more specifically wifi tablet connections with soundboard. It actually shuts down your wifi . I'm not the only one who experiences this. Never have seen a solution
I borrowed my bass players Xvive wireless plug and I didnt like it. Not much tone loss but the latency (even when standing directly beside the amp) was too much for me
Would anyone wanna purchase my Xvive U2? It's now faulty, perhaps you can change the battery, or idk exactly what's wrong, but quite certain it can be fixed. Just that, in my area (Malaysia, Penang), no one is interested to fix it for me. So, please, anyone, offer me a small price, I'll send it to you. =)
i definitely and respectfully disagree! i have used the U2 for smaller gigs and around the house for 2 years and I use the U4 in-ears 3 to 4 nights a week. i also use the P1 for phantom power. so far i have had no problems... knock on wood

Yea. The lag isn’t really noticeable and the fact that it fits strandbergs is huge because there are others like this that won’t fit it
Got a pair worked ok for I while now the drop out all the time .
I have a video going up tomorrow about the new one!

Dude’n thank you Andy! Hope you are well! I always run wireless now. I am so spoiled. Do you still run cables only?!?
@@jimmyfranklin yeah, cables since 95. Think it’s time to cut the cable though.
Merry Christmas to you and your family 🎄
Solid video, bud!
Thank you so much! We should collab at some point!
hey man, what would you recommend for hooking guitar to Mac: Fender Mustang micro or Xvive U2 wireless + scarlet interface
Ok. Weeeellll I love the Mustang micro. But if you need to do more serious stuff in the future the scarlet will take you waaaaaay further as an interface.

Stay away from xvive. Won't last for more than 1 year, awful support and a terrible experience for the price you pay.

And I really Hope you have no problems like i did, really. Their Said "support" has been nothing but playing a fool on me for more than a year.
@@jimmyfranklin Well said!
