I'm not happy with it because, when I tighten the straps, the Velcro won't hold. Amounts to carrying it on my back rather than it doing anything. I want to return it, please. Thank you.
So far I like how it pulls my shoulders back. It feels really good and the braces in the back straighten my back, but I just got it and tried it on, I like the price, it is kind of warm, but you can't help that in Summer. In Fall I will wear this always.
I was so excited to try this on as soon as I opened it, and it was so easy to adjust and I felt immediate relief from my lower back pain, I had driven a long distance earlier today and had just gotten home. I’m very excited to work this into my daily routine and hope with time to improve my slouching and train myself to keep shoulders back.
I got the pink one size medium, I am 5’10” and 159 lbs and wear a size medium t-shirt and size 8-10 in jeans and this fit very nicely and I was able to sit comfortably and move around the house, I’ve only just received it tonight but was very impressed how much better it felt compared to other posture correction straps I’ve purchased in the past, this one actually feels like it holds my shoulders snugly back without the straps Being so bulky and I love how it also helps with lower back pain.
Is excellent , my pain disappears immediately ❤❤

I got the large because I am 4'11" and 237 and it is a bit small. It does not reach my lower back. I will keep adjusting or return.
