In UA-cam settings, you can set a desired speed, EG .75 or 0.5.

I'm not happy with it because, when I tighten the straps, the Velcro won't hold. Amounts to carrying it on my back rather than it doing anything. I want to return it, please. Thank you.

So far I like how it pulls my shoulders back. It feels really good and the braces in the back straighten my back, but I just got it and tried it on, I like the price, it is kind of warm, but you can't help that in Summer. In Fall I will wear this always.

An excellent product, meets the required needs

I was so excited to try this on as soon as I opened it, and it was so easy to adjust and I felt immediate relief from my lower back pain, I had driven a long distance earlier today and had just gotten home. I’m very excited to work this into my daily routine and hope with time to improve my slouching and train myself to keep shoulders back.

5. Pretty satisfied overall, but hey, there is still room for improvement!

Not sure about it yet. I need the support but several years ago I had a closed tramatic fracture I in my t5. It usually doesn't like ang pressure on it. I wore it a for awhile today. I will have to slowly ease my back into wearing this. Only time will tell.

A couple of years ago I was told by a foot specialist that this does works but it takes a couple of years to see a change.

It is helpful and I will keep and use it. Of note, I could not adjust the back straps on my own. I needed help due to reduced shoulder range of motion and pain. Luckily, hubby helped. The wide shoulder straps are more comfortable than other models of posture braces. I'm pretty satisfied overall.

There are approximately 4 different sets of directions on how to fit into this brace/posture support, which kind of tells me that I am not alone in trying to get into it and to get the results for which I bought it. First, I studied all the size references to order and the chart showing w as ist, height and categories (again) andreconfirmed that I should order a small...which MAY be true...but in the mean time, I would have to be 30 years younger, a contortionist, or hire an Olympic gymnastic coach for training. I also considered the SMALL pink support actually should have been in the MEDIUM size bracket. Suggestion...compatall the different directions into 1 comprehensive brochure. The experience has not been great...or at this point, send me a MEDIUM free, and if not an improvement, I will return both.

Trying to rip off people who are in severe pain is a nasty thing to do. This ain;t gonna do nothing and if people want to try it then buy a belt and put that around your leg....wtf

I got the large because I am 4'11" and 237 and it is a bit small. It does not reach my lower back. I will keep adjusting or return.

Could you slow it down a bit? It's difficult to see precisely which straps you are handling at any one point in time

I just got these and will give them a go. I think these are some of the better ones out there. I have four different ones thus far.

it's fllawd design all of these designs are missing a front chest strap. The right amount of tension will cause those loops to slip off the shoulders

I just received my brace and I put it on and it instantly made my knee feel better. I think I should have bought the next larger size. But I really like this brace
