Why is the description saying “Rastafarianism?” Take out the ism please
right ''Rasta LIVITY and not no Rastafarianism no'' Damian
Such clear explanation
Glad to hear that
@missreche if people on a whole saw this and understood this they'll see that the race theory was a way to only divide and create hate. We all have differences yet as a human race we are more similar than different.
I am just starting my own awakening. I'm lost, but finding my way out of my fog.
Can anyone point me in the direction of some good information about Ras Tafari and the movement in general?
Peace be with all.
im impressed ❤️💚💛
Ras Tafari was more Japhet and Shem than Ham, he's light skinned and sharp featured
This man speaks sense so good for him for believing what he believes he knows hes bible 👍🦁
🤗
Revelations 5 also states that He is the King of Kings, Lord of Lords and the Conquering Lion of Judah, but he didn't mention that. I wonder why? We regard His Imperial Majesty as the 2nd Coming of Christ, for Christ said He will send the Comforter and He will come in a new name. This is prophecy.
Sorry, couldn't click "Like" for this one.
😊🤗
Christ fled to Egypt, where he would have looked quite similar to the people there. Most Northern Africans were not black, thanks to the Saharan desert and rivalries with the south, limiting passage up the nile.
Egyptians were black and so were the Jews.
@@kitto3608 You're right. I looked into it more and even the original Chinese were black. And Irish too.
@@nate3741 even the Irish you say? Hmm go figure.
Why are you here ?
Question that i didn't hear the answer to: where did he learn all of this so that he speaks as an authority of Rasta? That's not explained. I only ask because I'm my own search for knowledge and Truth I've had to sift through many lies before i reach something that rings true.
Bless up bro.. this wisdom comes from my 26 years of traveling to Africa and Jamaica over 40 times.. first hand reasoning with breadren such as Avalanche Black Jesus, from Jamaica, King Chris from kenya.. .. As well as personal research and study using any means including the web to search. Reading the kebra nagast..and the Bible and quran. Also from the research of breaden tekle Selassie..ras Elijah tafari.. Ras Yadonis tafari.. and many others who put in the works. Good question tho thanks for asking.. who the cap fit, let him wear it.
@@rastajoint do you personally believe and practice polygamy? I ask because different people say different things. One video the speaker says "it's safe to say man is polygamous and woman is monogamous." Where is the proof of that? So far almost every thing I heard from rasta aligns with other scriptures from other religions as well as science and history. But what is the evidence of this and how is it proven to be the most beneficial family structure? No debate sir just asking. To me that's a theme I see in most black liberation movements and explanation of first humans being African and therefore knowledge to return to form of divine paradise on this planet well be shown to Africans first: the views of women and what brings life (some argue only the man seed and dismiss the mother's role of life giver) and other things about women's place in society. So it just makes me have the thought of "well maybe your societies fell because of the treatment of women". I know most teach that it is a test from God/Jah or perversion of natural human DNA but I can't help having that thought thrown in. I'm not a feminist or even humanist but that's my thoughts.
@jordanclarke1680 "i heard the speaker say It is safe to say man is polygamous , and women is monogamous" I'm not sure what speaker you are referring to. I don't recall speaking on that question. However it is a good question. ..." Who the cap fit , let him wear it. "..
You no haffi dead to be rasta either.
Is he wearing make up? Just wondering

Haile Selassie I /// i christ incarnated >> he is not Yahushua the Christ who men called Jesus/ the Ras is speaking truth >>> more of Rastafari blessing 🙌 worldwide >> one perfect love
So rastafarian started in ethopia.
Wow
No the First Christian Church and Official NON PAGAN Christian Church Did. Oldest Church in History. The Rastafari started in the 1930s In Jamaica off the teachings of Leanard P. Howell, and Marcus ''Messiah'' Garvey- who SaidLook to the East ( ''For the Sceptor shall Not depart from Judah nor a lawgiver, Until Shiloh)
and It is technically Rastafari, We ah No ism and Schism thing. Kind of like Octopi
Black people don’t try to be Vikings and y’all shouldn’t try to be Rastafarian!! That is not a Wisconsin accent!!🗣️🤨
How many Vikings do you know?
What about Africans wearing ski masks in +30 degree heat?
I'm canadian and that's almost stealing my culture 😂
Religion is for all who listen with their hearts and have a greater faith for the unknown
When I was a little girl growing up in Lancashire England a new boy came to our school.
Daniel was from Jamaica.
Daniel and I have been friends SINCE 1967.
On his first day at school Phillip Wolf and Anthony Horsfall bailed him up in the playground and started beating up on him - we were all 8 years old - and saying the worst things you could imagine.
Even though those two thugs bullied me relentlessly (due to my hare lip and tiny stature) I went into bat for him and I took a punch to the face for my troubles.
Dan and I are family, we are the best of friends.
I remember Daniels' father telling me I had the heart of a lion and that from that moment on he considered me his daughter.
You come here and you try to cause racial divide with your hateful attitude and smugness.
I married Dans' cousin, Jeffrey and we have had a wonderful life,my children are a mixed bag from my Amy (our first born now 43) who is a snow maiden with her pale complexion, blonde hair and father's beautiful features to Elizabeth who has a very European face but has the most beautiful darker skin and sapphire blue eyes.
We live our lives taking the very best of each culture both black and white - Jeffrey is a Rastafari and so I understand where he is coming from, I come from a rather well to do background (one of my ancestors is Henry Morgan once Governor of Jamaica,so that's a coincidence and a half) so Jeff gets a look into the minds and attitudes of the white administrators of the West Indies and Carribbean in centuries past (though the West Indies are now referred to as Carribbean).
I seem to know more about the history of the Rastafarian than you do 😢
Mi Gaan
How can you say that? He isn't trying to be anything. He has Jah in his heart. That's all that matters. If Jah is the real Christ, then isn't he for everyone?
I guarantee you there are Black people in Scandinavia who are culturally Scandinavian. Don't be a bigot. Anyone can be anything.
super cringe
I hope you find peace brother
You are NOT a Rasta sir. To be a Rastafarian, you must believe that His Imperial Majesty Haile Selassie is God the Omnipotent. You have to acknowledge that he is Lord of Lords and Saviour. Up until now you have not done that. You are a joke.
Selassie Denied being God. He was a Christian. The only man embodied God was Jesus Christ. He said that on multiple occasions he was not god and that Rastas were wrong to worship him. Blasphemy is against the christian faith. It was rumored Bob Marley converted on his deathbed.
Blessed love sister. All weh a gwaan, I nuh feel seh you a Ras Ta either. As a matter of fact, is like seh nuff time, foreigner ketch the drift better than InI ppl dem a JamRock.
The I was speaking from the heart sista, n Rasta is not a Catholic church suh InI personally neva a listen fi him seh "I man believe seh Haile Selassie is God the Omnipotent..", like is a confessional ting InI a deal wid.
The dread clearly laid it out explaining the messianic provenience of H.I.M., as well as giving clues to some of the Revelations from the bible which were fulfilled in his ascension to the throne and even some prophesies that were fulfilled after that.
Given the way how this Iyah hold him knowledge and him innerstanding, ANY Ras Ta man weh nuh feel no way bout him skin colour a guh look pon dat bredrin and recognize him as a brother in spirit.
I man can a talk bout how him shave n dats y this n that.. but some of the Incients woulda think I foolish fi deh wear shoes & jeans n all dem ting.
Doh try judge a Ras Ta man from wah u see or think u even hear. This yah trod a nuh normal trod. More love & peace and guidance to mi global family. Love uunu self, and loove uunu ROOTS!
@@user-ed8rd6tc8p Where in the bible Did Iyeshua call himself God? Or agreed that he was God the father? The whole time he called himself the "son of man". Even when Pilate had him on trial him seh "A uunu have dat a seh bout me". Also Iyeshua was not even Christian either, and probably had a different notion of the divine than do the overwhelming majority of Christians of today.

Sir, Rastafari is not a dress up game where you sport dreadlocks, regurgitate some history about Ethiopia, sing reggae and smoke weed. The fundamental tenet of Rastafari is that you accept that Haile Selassie is Lord of Lords and Saviour and that is well-documented in Jamaican history. Do not come telling me that foreigners know more about something that is inherently Jamaican, of course influenced by Indian indentured labourers and our African ancestors.
You obviously do not understand anything about Rastafari and do not know or have READ up on its origins.
You cannot be a Rasta and not believe that Selassie is God the Omnipotemt, just like you cannot say you are a Christian and do not believe that Jesus Christ if Lord of Lords and saviour .
@@jamaicanaturalhair Sister. I am Jamaican, I am Ras Ta, Dwelling among RasTa. I man a tell di I seh, weh InI (both of us) a seh is true, & that the man above has said enough to qualify that. Also memba the man also said that Ras Tafari isn't exactly a religion. Best believe seh a goh mostly Ras weh overs what the man is saying there. Matter of fact some mansions of Ras Ta will tell u otherwise. The man above sounds like a bingie warrior still, so given that context, him reasoning is upright, #chamuchamu
