वकील साहब जांच अधिकारी अभियोजन पक्ष के एक गवाह का बयान नही लिए और बिबेचना में उसी गवाह के बयान पर दोषी ठहराया दिया जब मै जांच रिपोर्ट के जवाब दिया और बोला की उस गवाह का बयान कोर्ट ऑफ इंक्वायरी में नही हुआ है तो जांच अधिकारी को दुबारा बुलाया गया और बयान लिया गया और बयान मेरे पक्ष में दिया फिर भी दोषी ठहराया गया।
