Your hummus ma lahme recipe is amazing!!! I made it a while back and my husband went crazy over it- he said it was better then the one we always have at the arabic restaurant we go to often!!! Thank you so much! Many blessings!

In Maltese, we call mushrooms FAQQIEGH too and we call cumin as Kemmun and meat is called laham! Malta was under Arab rule for 800years before it was taken over by successive greedy landlords followed by the Knights of Malta. Great channel! Maltese cuisine is hybrid of Sicilian and middle Eastern influence.

Hi Martin, I do try to include nutritional benefits in all of my dishes. The hummus will last a good week in the fridge.
