Hi, I purchased Philips 3200 Lattego few days ago.
I have set the temperature to maximum however milk coffee (latte ,cappuccino) are not coming hot.They are luke warm.
Is this how it is in this coffee machine? Or I got a defective one?
All of the automatics can have a small number of them malfunction well before the warranty is over. I bought the Jura E6 which is model above the D6 and enjoyed great coffee for six months. At that point is stopped putting out coffee and then prompted to open the water valve to fill water to the machine. It still would not brew coffee other than few drops with liquid going into the waste coffee container. I did extra cleaning with Jura cleaning tablet and changed the Jura filter earlier than called for and still no resolution. The good thing is was purchased from Costco and was able to return 6 months after purchase for full refund. If I do purchase another espresso machine do not know what brand to consider since DeLonghi machines have also prematurely malfunctioned. I have an older KRUPS EA9010 automatic machine that is over 4 years old and am using that after pulling it out of retirement. It does have a small water leak from bottom of the machine after some brewing but is still producing coffee. It probably needs new seals which would need to be done by repair shop and likely cost over $300. Thanks for the informative video!

@@DetoxinistaRecipes I've had my Delonghi Magnifica XS for 10 years (at least 2 lattes daily which is about 7000 lattes over the life of the machine) and it is still working but starting to leak. I'm in the market for another machine and agree with your reviews. Will probably buy another Delonghi. Thank you.

Just so we're clear for terminology - none of these are manual espresso machines. Those are operated by levers. Everything here is either a semi automatic or a super automatic. The Breville barista is just a semi automatic with a built in grinder.
total bs. none of these can beat breville barista (sage) and when it comes to fully automatic philips is the best choice.
