- It's been a year since my first FNAF build (and it blew up - thank you for all the support!), and I'd promised to come back and revisit the build at the year anniversary and see how I could improve, so here it is!
With the help of "Tony's FNAF Pack" (www.curseforge...)

16:21 i felt that accidental block break on a personal level. the hardest thing about making a fnaf build with mods is trying to find the hitbox of some larger blocks lmao

Honestly, I'm glad I'm not the only one who is particular when it comes to shades of blocks when building, I don't know if you are the same about texture because I am particular about that too.
Instead of minimizing amount of modded _blocks_ in the palette
Try to minimize the amount of _mods_ to use
You can have just 8 modded blocks in the palette, but if you need 8 separate mods it's more inconvienient than a palette with 32 modded blocks that requires just 3-4 mods

Not sure if you know this, but the plushies you used in the build are the FNAF 4 ones, which means at nighttime the Nightmare Animatronics will spawn... Unless you dont care, I'd suggest swapping them for the FNAF 1 plushies

Unironically, the original build reminded me of those Minecraft videos people made like forever ago where they’d roleplay as the animatronic baby’s or just the animatronics and do wacky things, that’s what I grew up on- so this was like a slap in the face of nostalgia
For the floors you could of used polished Diorite and black concrete, in my opinion that looks good and code carpets, you could use a mix of wool, carpet, concrete powder, and glazed terracotta, I recommend watching a UA-camr called CuppateaEXE because he remade fnaf 1 in vanilla and it looks pretty good
4:27 If it helps a bit, using blocks of coal and calcite would probably work well, and looks kinda good in my opinion
Just started the video and I’m so excited, with it being a remake of what u originally built, and on top of that you are doing a CHALLENGE with the modded blocks. This vid is gonna be super good and creative🎉🎉
Top tip: use a beacon as a light block, it looks real good.
tip, you can use the fill command with a replace block after to only fill certain blocks in an area! Have mercy on your wrists!!

For the office, custom heads are possible. And I've used them for builds. Same for the back stage. You just need to know the player name connected to said needed head.

the story is sorrowful when you think about it. You got five kids who just wanted to have fun with their families at a local restaurant, only to be ruined by a monster luring them away with false promises only to murder them. They wanted to give their families one last hug, but they are trapped within the confines of the animatronics and the management of the pizzeria
One of the reasons I love the series so much!

if i could change something about the build i would have added a few bee hives in the safe room but other than that its a wonderful build
Fazbear would be the type of company to use an alien parasitic spill containing the souls of the dammed as a matiral for their roofs because "it looks spacey" and not realize that it can spread like am infection when things die next to it (wich would happen alot in Fazbears)

You should do this again using only block displays, it would keep everything 100% vanilla without limiting yourself
you could of used maps for the checkered walls, and you could use a map from the end for a transparent background for confetti.
Personally, at about 27:30 I would have used custom heads. And used a pink block on a item frame, that probably could have worked.

tip: you can use /fill command
You should start using
/fill command to replace all the blocks you've placed before realising it not looks that good, like the celling you've rebuild 3 times

"/fill 5 5 5 ~ ~ ~ tuff replace block_of_netherite"
* I can understand not doing the Pizzeria's Exterior, but try doing the Exterior in a style of the Movie Pizzeria!

awesome build! one thing why didnt you use /replace when changing the roof? I can feel the carpel tunnel developing through the screen
@@anugget3932 lol I wanted to use commands but it would mean I’d have to redo the circle thing in the center anyway, so I cut my losses and just suffered through the rest of the roof (my doctor has advised I stop doing that)

I would like to see an actual construction expert look at your layout and tell you that the rooms should not be squares and not have empty spaces. Most buildings consist of 1 to 2 large structures with these spaces inside taking up all available room. The layout of the traditional Freddy's camera Maps makes no sense building wise!

I Wouldn't Count The Animatronics As Modded Blocks Since They Are Only Entities
I've seen a mod on forge that adds them in as blocks to be turned on and off by redstone, he might have that mod which would make them blocks.
