yes the photo mode is the best photo mode in history letting you capture any frame and get close up into that frame to see immense amounts of detail. which basically turns the game into a CGI movie while you're playing in real time. the photo mode in this game is actually part of the gameplay mechanic of the game no game has that.

The first 2 are better in terms of story, and the second is the best overall in my opinion because it had the best gameplay and content. This one is much more polished though and it is very fun.

Yes. The Neon ability, one of the four you get.
In Good Karma, Neon is a mix of blue and purple. In Bad Karma, it's red and purple.
