Which yogurt do you buy that hasn’t been pasteurized? Pasteurization kills the probiotics. They don’t pasteurize dairy in Europe but it’s a requirement in the U.S.
Hi @laurierowley1703 To make it, brew your green tea as usual. Use loose leaves if you can. Let it cool, then pour it over ice. For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or a slice of ginger. Here is another recipe that you might be interested in jjvirgin.com/recipe-peach-mint-iced-green-tea/ Hope this helps! -Team JJ
Hello @tanyamason920 Brew and cool the green tea, mix in 3-5 grams of creatine monohydrate then add the electrolyte powder according to the dosage instructions. Hope this helps! -Team JJ
Hello, I was very excited about a nondairy probiotic yogurt. You recommended Siggi’s coconut yogurt. However, I just looked up the ingredients and it is not nondairy. The ingredients are pasteurized skim milk, pasteurized cream, coconut, cane sugar, fruit, pectin, and live cultures.
I tried to share the link to Siggis plant based yogurt. But UA-cam doesn’t like links. It’s MADE from coconut rather than their dairy version that is just coconut flavor. Google it and it will pop right up for you!
@@racheleid431 thank you so much! I didn’t realize that Siggi’s had a plant based line. That’s great news for me. I will look for that in the store. Thank you so much!!
Thanks! Please share the green tea recipe!! Also I’m not a fan of beets. I’ve seen nitric oxide beet powder. Would you recommend as a way to incorporate beets into my diet? Thanks in advance! 😊

Hi @CindysSuccess Look for words like "live active cultures," "probiotics," or "fermented." These terms indicate that the yogurt contains beneficial bacteria used in fermentation. Most reputable brands provide information about the fermentation process on their packaging or website. Hope this helps! -Team JJ

You are forgetting that people with CKD shouldn’t be eating some of those foods, especially, daily.
We need to always acknowledge that some people need to feel strong and independent enough to modify and maybe watch certain products.
