I got randomly suggested this video of my hometown and it's such a bittersweet yet heartwarming feeling to watch it whilst living elsewhere. It's pure beauty, I'm always incredibly proud whenever I mention I'm from Alghero. During the summer, it's magical - to anyone who might want to visit, I definitely recommend.

1) tasa de criminalidad muy baja
2)economia no fuerte como las regiones del norde de Italia, pero muy mellor de las regiones del sur

Studiati la storia della Sardegna: lingua neolatina distinta dall'Italiano, etnia diversa, isola che dista centinaia di km dalle coste italiane, influenza iberica di 400 anni contro 150 anni sotto l'Italia, ad alghero addirittura si parla catalano, lingua coufficiale in Sardegna...ti basta?

Hey, glad you enjoyed it. I also filmed a day walk of Aghero, a bike ride of the coast, and day and evening walk of Cagliari. I went to go film the ruins at Nora but the Green Pass had just gone into effect and I didn't have one so I couldn't get in....to the outdoor site. :)
I remember when i was there a few years ago. The town is very beautiful and the beaches close to it are amazing.
Prowalk tours is my favorite UA-cam channel by far. It's amazing with technology, for him to be able to share these places with us. When I'm at the gym on the bike, rowing machine or treadmill, I put my tablet on landscape and put on his videos. I don't even realize the time flies by because I'm hooked onto watching the videos as I complete my workouts.

I’ve been to Alghero a few times, it’s a wonderful place I would highly recommend. They do a boat excursion to Neptune’s Grotto, which is only a short trip. The Grotto is a huge ancient underground world of stalactites and stalagmites, which looks like something from an Indiana Jones movie!
That sounds pretty awesome. I stayed at an airbnb in Alghero for a couple nights but I didn't make it out to Neptune's Grotto. Next time.

I have lived in Alghero from 1986 till 1998. My parents and some very good school friends still live and work in this Catalan jewel, in august 2021 I was there walking among the streets of the old town.

It's one of Italy's jewels, on the island of Sardinia, with Catalan heritage, please! Because even if catalan legacy stands out, Alghero it's not only catalan.

@@ilresole603 sulla cartina, si. Lei saprà anche che la Sardegna ha trascorso più tempo sotto "bandiera spagnola" che non sotto bandiera italica. O che sarebbe anche potuta divenire territorio francese. Un giorno magari le verrà in mente che la Sardegna è poco più che una colonia. Ma occorre studiare un po' di storia.
Caro amico, come ti ho già detto, il tuo lavoro è spettacolare, ora con i sottotitoli in portoghese/brasile è stato meraviglioso. Grazie mille per averci fatto questo regalo, ora completo.
Per un turista che ama viaggiare conoscere e vedere tanti posti culture tradizioni ecc. e non ha tanto tempo a disposizione per visitare ad es. contemporaneamente l'Italia e la Spagna , è sufficiente venire in Sardegna e potrà notare che basta un solo viaggio per ammirare il miscuglio di entrambi questi due paesi .

I always wanted to go to Alghero after hearing it is a Catalan speaking region. After seeing this video I want to go even more.
It is, in 1354 the sardinian and genoese population of the city was deported by the spanish rulers and substituted with catalan colonists, that's why they are a linguistic unique minority here in Sardinia
