What makes pediatric specialty different from every other specialty? Watch to find out :) I give my top 8 reasons in the video and you'll find out why I just LOVE working with kids. Enjoy :)

Please make a lot of vids regarding pediatrics because there's definately not enough thorough pediatric content here on UA-cam. A vid like this is so helpful because I feel like im getting an inside scoop of peds. Its nice when youtubers do vids about day in the life, of xyz, all they end up showing is themselves brushing their teeth, taking a shower, walking through the parking lot and packing their lunch...aa a viewer I don't find those vids helpful at all. This type od vid is ao beneficial to a nursing student like myself that wants to go into pediatrics❤

@@YasminCierra this is my dream job. Im in my last semester of nursing on track to graduate this May. I CAN ONLY SEE MYSELF AS A PEDIATRIC NURSE. My nursing program is adult health based. All my clinicals were adult health😩😩😩
So far, I've been turned away from all pediatrics jobs I've applied for but, I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT WORK WITH ADULTS😑

Do you have to go to nursing school to become a peds nurse?

I'm not in Nursing school I am taking my pre-reqs before applying to nursing school. I work in the school system and I do not want to be a Teacher assistant for long nope. I am doing the best I can to find other options where I can still work with children just in a different environment. Adult nursing no thank-you. I didn't enjoy working in the Nursing home as a CNA no thank you. So working with adults in the nursing field it's something that isn't my niche. I have always worked with children. My long term career goal is to become a pediatric nurse @Yasmin Cierra
