I keep mine in. 4 foot with checkered barbs, zebra Danios,white cloud mountain minnows, bloodfin tetras and hillstream loaches and adult Amano shrimp.Its quite cool water and I use powerheads for a artificial stream, but they have adapted very well.

I have them with glowlight danios in an unheated tank. I had panda garra too but they got some kind of fungal disease and died 😢

Blackknife ghost fish grow 18-20 inch so people should be aware of that they need a minimum of 100 gallon tank.
