Wow! I can't believe this is my THIRD Miss Texas vlog!!
Things were very different this go around! I got to Miss Texas a day late and was overall not in "pageant mode" due to my busy schedule and traveling over the last several months.
My training was so much more intentional this year and it proved to be very fruitful as I placed in the TOP 10!! As always, I'm just so grateful to be able to share my talents and passions with the world and have the opportunity to stand on stage with so many phenomenal women.
Congrats again to my girl ELLIE!! She is such a light in my life and in the world! I know she will have a fabulous reign!
As for me, I'm not sure what's next in my Miss Texas/pageant journey but I'll be sure to take you along the way!

I always show up camera ready. That means makeup done before I leave my room. You never know how much time you have before someone wants to take your picture, selfie, group pose or whatever. I don't let people catch me looking like I'm not ready. The competition starts when you arrive. Don't ever forget that or play that down. The pageant always has someone checking contestants out even when you think they don't. You don't neeed to put on stage makeup, but put on enough to look decent.
