For hanging the tapestry I would try some Velcro command strips and hand stitch the half onto the fabric. It looks like its just the side attaching to the fabric isn't sticking so hopefully sewing it would help?
A tip from my cooperating teacher back in the day, I teach middle school now, but using highlighter to write an ‘m’ on your master documents. The yellow highlighter will not copy through! So cool! I need to film a whole #FirstYearTeacherAdvice video series on my channel with these types of tips lol

Not sure if this will help the tapestry, but here are two ideas to try. 1. Add grommets so you can hang the tapestry from the clear, large command hooks. ua-cam.com/video/hZ8CuXkYlWk/v-deo.html 2. However, if you don't want to cut your fabric or do the grommet thing, then you can use either clothespins or tapestry hanging command strips (look like clothespins but fatter) and clip them along the top of the fabric. Then, you can use the command tape or hot glue to stick them to the wall. 3. I've also seen peopel cut foam board the length of the top of the fabric and attach it to the fabric and then use the command strips to attach the foamboard to the wall. It provides a sturdier, heavier base for the command strips to hold on to. I hope you find something that works for you!

Wow only 17 kids and most of your classes are smaller😱. Here in the Netherlands, most primary school classes have between 26 and 34 kids .. That’s quite a difference

Your room looks great! I think your content will be very good. Just something for you to be aware of...mouth smacking. I'm not sure what else to call it. Examples: I can't stop writing to be sure, Around 1:35 I think, and between 3:05-9 it sounds like you were chewing gum. I just can't deal with the mouth smacking. I don't know. Maybe I am super sensitive, but I had to stop the video. I'm not trying to be unkind, just FYI.
