NA is washed, they care too much about virtue signaling more than just taking showers and getting good at the game. This is why Nintendo supports the Japanese scene but will never support NA.
Did we really expect more from na, Japanese players are built different. They got an auto meta update every week we aren’t so good especially in their region
At Delta 8 getting double Steve was a tough break though he came close to beating Acola. Here at Kagaribi 12 I thought he did well. I’m unsure the set breakdown between he and Asimo but it looked rough. On the positive he almost cinched it vs Ken which is pretty incredible against what looks like an abysmal matchup vs the 2nd best Sonic. I would’ve loved to see a Zackray vs Gluto set :)
dude if there was an NA smash server or ladder that wasnt gate kept by pro players thered be so many more good players and im so down for it. also make tournaments free in JP they do that and look at how good they are.
There were so many people who said Japanese players were na because they could not except that Japan was just better. I was like stop coping if I were you I would know when I have lost or that I would except the fact that na did not make it. I was a graceful loser because japan in the form of hurt overcame their bracket demon in acola.
@@ShintaSmashThe entire NA is on a downward spiral because they just let things rot for selfish or cowardly reasons, smash is the least of our problems.
I think it's a really weird case. NA top talent vs JP top talent is actually pretty back and forth, but NA was obviously very upset-prone. I don't think this is exactly a case of JP players just "being better," but how the pool of JP talent is a lot bigger. You have to be on your A Game from Top 128 onwards, and NA didn't really get the memo.
i saw another video, forgot the creator, where he points out that Japanese players care about character mastery whereas most NA players focus on winning (pocket mains, matchups). i think the meta of Ult has changed enough now to where the character specialists are shining. i think that’s been Leo’s problem tbh and it’s why those who are at the top on NA play only one character devotedly, like Shadic
My heart says I have faith he’d do well. My brain says Neo did kinda bad at both events, Shadics better than Neo imo but is he THAT much better idk 🤷♂️
@@ShintaSmash Shadic historically had been doing really well against Japanese player. As Comparison with Neo. Neo has 1-7 and 0-3 records against Shuton and Yaura. Shadic beat both players in their first encounter. Not to mention SHADIC is the only US player other than Light that manages to beat Miya who is like the best player in Japan currently!!!
I getcha bud, if it makes sense this video is specifically on my bias for NA as I really thought they would've done better here or at Delta 8. I am currently working on the Kagaribi Finals video and it'll be more neutral, showcasing the incredible gameplay and of coarse Hurt! I'd likey touch on Gluto vs Ken a bit.
“Send all of the N.A.s best and they’ll dominate” Light 2022

@@alephkasai9384 He kept saying this to this day. The International players got significantly better since then
@@alephkasai9384 Was it really? You already had Acola and Protobanham winning a lot in NA, and also Tea dominating EU.
Hurt was so crazy and hoped he would win it but sadly, Miya is on the path to be the best in the world
Hurt played like best in the world that night but Miya clutched up

Thank you big guy! Summer of Smash I'm all in so stay tuned :D
Zackray's game played just looks so sexy, I mean what is he's even do there like read his opponent or something, it's just look so right.
Zackray my no. 1 fav player, i wish he had demolished that carried sonic player sonix cuz that was how he would've performed at GX
Very good editing
Thank you so much 😀
This is the best smash channel I've ever seen
Thanks bud welcome to the channel!
This is one of the best thumbnail I’ve seen in samsh history
Thanks big guy! Took a long while but thought it was fun

I enjoy your videos but I'd like some highlights and a summary of the top of the tournament, cause hurt was wild
Working on it now! It's coming soon :D
At least Acola did not win I am kinda tired of Steve
Think we all are lol but He's the best using the best so more than likely he won't go away anytime soon

N.A. is washed, but we can't give up. Hope all we need to do is keep going to Japan and learning from the Japanese goats in this game

so both majors top 8s was all Japanese players?😂 bruh lol
Yeaaaaaaaaaah 🙃
Bet you felt clever making that thumbnail.
