Calling someone else boring like full eye contact and in a strong voice 'you're boring' is the ultimate knife through the heart. Calling someone who is over 500 years old boring is an insane statement. However, comparing Armand or Claudia or anyone else for that matter to high drama Lestat well then yeah! * Tickets Please! * 🤣
13:04 "he said im gonna stop calling you armand and start calling you not-lestat" lmaooooooo thats soooo real. i think daniel was onto something when he called armand the REBOUND of louis' life. as shady as armand is, i feel for him lol
To an extent, I can see why Armand did the things he did. Only reason I can't rock with him is cuz he messed with my favs 😂. Other than that, he's not so bad
It was the first scene they shot of season 2. Assad is a stage actor and the camera work, especially in the fight section, really makes it feel like we're watching a play.
louis suicide attempt makes me feel sick to watch :( and the fact that armand erased it from his memory and has been messing w his mind so much is so fucked up
the fight scene is so incredible tbh, it feels so real to me. also Louis’ suicide attempt is really heartbreaking to watch and the fact that Armand erased it… YEESH. loved seeing you experience this ep; it’s incredible
Daniel cackling while Louis rants about Lestat in 1973 is my favourite thing ever. I'd watch a whole episode of them just high af doing random things. Also them flirting when they first got to Louis' apartment is everything to me. This episode is one of my favs. I love everything about it, it had me blushing, laughing, scared, shook and crying. And it gave me my favourite Louis face when he said " Picking off the sofa???"
I'll bet Daniel was tortured over the question of whether drugs, Armand, or some combo of the two led to his neurological ruin. Only thing sure is that Armand gifted him the certainty that his personal life would be shit, and that Louis gifted him the certainty he'd have a wildly successful career.
I'm pleased that you noticed a lot of things that many have missed. Love your remarks and observations. You're right to be anxious about the remaining episodes. Season 2 , Episode numbers 5 and 8 are my favorites.
I'm not gonna lie. Armand stole the show for me this episode. He's far from boring. I feel for him. His "lestat lestat lestat" almost took me out! 😂 Thank you for another great reaction
I would agree he's not that boring! He's just a little more structured than Louis is used to I guess lol. Making fun of Armand for it was just too much fun for me tho 😂
I was at work when you uploaded this and I'm only just now able to watch it. I'm so happy you enjoyed and I can't wait to see your reaction to the rest!! Well... Rest 👀
Wellllll... yeah lol. 77 years of mental gymnastics plus what he did to Daniel(understandable, but don't mess with my favorites), plus what we learn in ep 7 about Louis' behavior. It ended up being valid 😂. Maybe alil recency bias tho since I didn't have all the pieces yet lol
@ Well, no. Respectfully friend, nothing in ep 7 makes me more empathetic to Lestat’s behavior. I don’t care that Louis was mean to him (cue the world’s smallest violin). He was defending Claudia after Lestat attacked her. That’s a fact. And then Lestat went along with the plan that got Claudia killed and has the nerve to act sad about it like he didn’t cross a whole ocean to choreograph the whole thing, or couldn’t intervene when it was getting critical. I think Lestat’s charm blinds some of us (and he got to me too before I took a second to really think about it), but nothing Armand did even comes close to the abuse Lestat dished out. In fact, I’d argue Armand’s actions make sense when it comes to Paris. He had just met Louis and we’re supposed to expect him to throw everything away for Lou and Claudia when he was unsure Louis would even commit to him at all? Sure, it was snakey of him to wipe memories, lie about his involvement in the play, and take credit for saving Louis, but there is no universe where that is comparable to being stalked, preyed on, cheated on (even after the agreement for Lestat to no longer see Antoinette), unable to grieve the death of your brother cause a mf is in your head, being dropped from the sky-left crippled and blind in one eye, and orchestrating Claudia’s death (with a play full of lies, half-truths and manipulation) all in the name of Lestat having Louis all to himself (and then CRYING about it afterwards oh my goddd). We can’t let this man get away with this lmao 🤣 💀
@SaidByTy yeah we see episode 7 much differently lol. But I still haven't seen the real Lestat outside of the last few minutes of Episode 8. Everything was told by other characters with certain agendas. So I'll keep watching and keep your perspective in mind. You may be right
@@byrdxbyte The problem is Lestat’s perspective (which will come next season, I’m positive) is also likely to be biased. As far as I’m concerned there’s no reason to believe he’s going to be totally truthful, as he has demonstrated himself not to be on numerous occasions up until-AND during-episode 7. Which is why I don’t understand why so many people want to paint him as this victim of Louis. I’m sure we’ll get his tragic backstory, but unless everything told to us by the end of this season is a flat out lie by Armand and Louis, it still won’t be an excuse for his despicable behavior. But yeah, definitely keep all this in mind when watching season 3. Anyway, keep it up, you’re almost a partner! It ain’t easy getting here, but putting in the work pays off. Now I’m off to go make a Lestat hate video cause the truth must be told lol.
@SaidByTy yezzir! Always love hearing different takes on this show. I'm kinda neutral for everyone at this point. I just find trolling Armand funny tbh lol. I understand why he moved like that, I just don't like ppl hurting my favorite characters, that's really it. Got you subbed so I can watch the Lestat slander 😂🧛🏽♂️
Poor Daniel he didn't deserve that the actor who plays young Daniel Luke is actually British didn't know that till i watched an interview of him just found out season 3 production starts January and yes when a human is drunk or on other subtance they do too

jacob and assad ate this episode up. apparently that fight was the first scene they filmed
Interesting! I wouldn't expect that to be the first scene. Great chemistry tbh 🔥

The argument definitely felt real. Someone said that was the first scene they shot together. Amazing chemistry

Ooooh. Thank you for this insight!
LMAO @ High Louis ranting at Armand the: "Not Lestat" 😅😅😅😅
I LMAO when he said, "BORING AF!" 😂
That's the main reason I was trolling Armand so hard 😂 Louis is too funny
Assad Zaman is an amazing actor! His portray of Armand it's perfect. 💯
PERFECT!!!
and he looked sooooooooo good in this episode, both in the flashback and in the present tense. my goodness.
@@mahitoapologistHe's exquisite.
This fun little vampire show is INTENSE from now until the end! So much coming up -- looking forward to your reaction!
One of the best seasons ever! I can't wait to rewatch already lol
I'm pleased that you noticed a lot of things that many have missed. Love your remarks and observations.
You're right to be anxious about the remaining episodes. Season 2 , Episode numbers 5 and 8 are my favorites.
Thanks for being here! Yeah 8 was Amazing for sure. One of the best seasons I've ever seen 🔥
Loving your reactions! Super stoked to see episodes 7 and 8, which I think are the best of the entire series. Thus far, anyway.
Thanks for hanging out! I definitely agree with that. The last two are my favorites so far. I can't decide which is better yet 🔥
13:00 'You're more boring than a human.' Damn! With that one sentence, you really captured the brutality of Louis' barrage of insults. Poor Armand...
I'm not gonna lie. Armand stole the show for me this episode. He's far from boring. I feel for him. His "lestat lestat lestat" almost took me out! 😂 Thank you for another great reaction

Armand is literally the worst 😭 he’s SO boring. But it’s funny to see people actually like him lol.
19:12 omg I cant stop laughing
Trolling Armand was pretty fun ngl 😂
I was waiting for this! Lool, your reaction was spot on 😊
Thanks for being here! Can't wait to show yall the rest 💙

I hate how many different ways they used that word in this episode 😭
You were STRESSING this episode 😭That’s exactly how I felt too lol
I was more stressed in the remaining episodes too 😂 Love your pfp btw. Dr stone is sooo good
@ Excited to see them🔥 Keep up the amazing work I love your videos. And thank you! Dr stone is peak
I love Armand, such an interesting character
I agree. I was just trolling him in the video 😂
I love love love your reactions to this show!!!!!!❤
Thanks for pulling up, as always 🫡
I'm just waiting to see your reaction to episodes 7 & 8, the best two episodes of the series so far!
100% agree! Those were my favorites too 🔥
“Lestat is not as bad as Armand” you mean the same mf that dropped Louis from 1000+ ft in the air? THAT Lestat?? 😂

Lestat & Claudia
Those piano keys get louder and louder like they're calling for Louis to see the truth 🎹
Rewatch needed VERY soon. I want to appreciate every little detail 🔥🧛🏽♂️
this was a "somethin somethin" episode....
Fun fact: In the book, Daniel doesn't have a name!
Is that why they just call him boy all episode??
@@byrdxbyte Yes. In the novel he's referred to as The Boy throughout the whole book. He's in subsequent books and then we learn his name.
If someone called me boring like that I’d be so upset lmao
A little devastated tbh 😂
