there is a scene where they play darts in the warehouse. Season 2, "boys and girls" Dwight and roy play darts while talking about guns to show how the office and the warehouse have some stuff in common. "you ever shot a moose?
I used to wonder what was the point of the digital pdf building instructions, until I actually started using them. It definitely makes it alot easier to flick to the next pages with a keyboard, and also being able to zoom in on some sticker placement trouble spots.
I’ve only ever used digital instructions when building MOCs but it’s super handy for, like you said, zooming in to double check the colour or placement 👌🏼
More than likely woulda been cheaper on a PAB wall, you’re right! But I was happy to pay extra, purely for convenience. And a good chunk was actually the shipping unfortunately 😅 little ol’ NZ struggles in the bottom corner of the world lmao
Love this rendition of the entire building! I rebuilt my set into a half modular. all white with a bunch of windows. Keeping with the original set I tried my best to preserve the details. It still needs a bit of work, and after watching this video that's what I plan to do today!
Never though I would see a Kiwi Lego creator but I'm glad I did. Love how you get straight to the point and to be honest you are one of the best Lego creators I have seen. And it really does suck we are in the middle of no where so shipping costs so much.
You use the same type of rack I use for my modulars(Muscle rack). They're really great, enough room for three and a half buildings what space in the back for lighting and space in the front for a street. I really recommend getting light kits,it really adds another level.
This is brilliant! I am in the middle of building The Office set right now, cool to see there are extensions like this! Especially that top floor that includes the annex, ryans office, bathrooms etc haha. Maybe one day I will consider copying this extension! Thanks and great video 😀
Very good video mate! have you considered placing the building all the way to the left or right of your city? That way it kinda makes sense for the road to end there 😁
I originally tried putting it the top left corner where the SitComplex currently is! But it then required a reshuffle of the whole shelf for the corner buildings - so we’ll work on that one later 😉🤣
TBF they are a paper distributor, so the fact that the office building is dull I feel fits perfectly. Plus, it adds nice contrast to the rest of your Lego city buildings.
I would like to get into building unofficial sets using official parts like this. Your whole copy and paste thing looks easy but how do you go about all that? Where do you purchase instructions and then copy all the pieces in?
When you buy the instructions on ReBrickable it comes with a spare parts list XML file! I can never find the button on XML upload button BrickLink itself lol, so I always Google search "BrickLink XML Upload" I click the first result, and then select "Upload BrickLink XML format" and then we're good to go 💥
@@KiwiModulars why not give full respect and place things in their proper spaces? Maybe have it be another project of other famous sitcon places or maybe the office from office space
I tried to buy all the parts from New Zealand but unfortunately a majority of them weren’t available so it was more efficient to buy them overseas! And you pay GST on site so you don’t have to declare anything when it’s shipped in 😊
@@KiwiModulars sorry I meant to say for example buy everything from America and ship it to Delaware (so no state tax). Then ship it from there to NZ and declare it at a lower value so you don't pay as much GST. I buy a lot of 2nd hand clothes from Japan, I wouldn't ship it directly to UK (some sites ships only within Japan) but ship it to a proxy in Japan first and then I declare what ever value I like and use whatever freight service I want and ship with. BTW nice Huffer T, I'm originally from NZ. Kia Ora bro!
I got them from a hardware store here in New Zealand called Bunnings. I have a link to them in the description, or an Amazon equivalent if you’re outside of Australia/NZ 😊
Not the point of the video but man I really don't understand international currency conversion. Like hypothetically speaking say that 1 USD = 2 NZD. Would the New Zealander then think of $20the way that Americans think of $10? The perceptual scale of different currencies is just not something I can fathom in the slightest.
Hello Kiwi, I'm from Reobrix, a leading Chinese building block brand. Seeking collaboration with MOC designers. Can we schedule a time to discuss this further?
There's definitely not room for it but this needs Dwight and Angela's warehouse hideout and the warehouse loft bed😂
🤣 might sneak a reference in the back of the paper stock area with a bed or somethin lmao
You should add a ping pong table in the warehouse, like the episode where Jim plays Darryl while Kelly trash talks Pam
OO YESS GOOD IDEA !! I’m absolutely gonna do that 🔥
Real

BINGO! Thanks for clarifying 💪🏼 That sounds a lot better than Dwight’s dart gun upstairs lol
Wish there was the closet that was used by the Micheal Scott Paper Company
I mean you could use the empty room at the end for that

This build rules but 2613 pieces for $550 USD (900 NZD) is a huge scam. It would have been cheaper through pick a brick which is crazy.

the studio where they shoot the office was at a dead end as well.
OH WOW, I didn’t know that! Clearly it was meant to be then in my city street 😂👏🏼

Appreciate the kind words mate 🥳 Glad you’re enjoying the content! Manifesting that one day the international shipping rates to NZ will lower 😂🤞🏼
The details in front of the building are awesome! great job and thank you 😊
And thank YOU for designing it - amazing job as always 🔥
thats a cool moc, great build and thanks making the investment and sharing!
“that’s what she said”😂i love the office
Soo many impeccable quotes 😆
I think you should add a parapet. I think that would help with it looking square.
I loved getting to see what goes into a huge MOC like this! And one I realized the NZD to USD conversion, I decided I might try it! 😂
Glad you enjoyed it !! Good luck if you decide to tackle it 💪🏼 Enjoy paying the cheaper USD prices 😂
This looks amazing 😮
Love the building sound effects😂
LEGO video games had the best sound effects 😂👌🏼
You're probably my new favorite underrated Lego channel. Best of luck with your growth!
I’m glad you’re enjoying the content 🙌🏼 Appreciate ya stopping by mate! Means a lot
Great video like always!
I just got done building the "Chinatown Office" version, loved the facade of that one and looks great in the street.
Nice coverage dude 👊
That design looks so clean 👌🏻 I've also seen a fancy "Boss on Top" design which looks neat. So many options!

A few of my Modulars have light kits! I definitely want to light the rest of the shelves up though one day 👌🏼
@@KiwiModulars I highly suggest it. Turning them all on with my phone always surprises people. 😂
Dude the production quality of this video is insane. Love this!
I appreciate the kind words mate! 🙏🏼 It’s great fun putting the day job skills to use after hours haha
Can’t wait for the next big tv show/ sitcom moc
that parkour side by side shot was great 😂😂
Such an iconic scene! It woulda been rude not to 😂
Awesome build! I’ve been working on my own expansion to the original set but viewing the show for instructions on how to do it.
That's a clever way to do it! I love your inclusion of the baler in the warehouse 👌
Soo well detailed! Absolutely loved this video mate, really well done!
Every time I look at it I notice a new easter egg/detail 😅 Thanks for the kind words mate!

Awesome Video
Appreciate it mate 🙏🏻
Really awsome, you should give the roof some details, like put jim and pam up there.
YES! Definitely do wanna add some roof details like a railing and some of those big induction units 👌🏼

Love this!
Thanku! I’ll let you know when it’s on the realestate market 😉
Finally! I’ve been waiting to for this for so long…
That’s what she said.
😂 certainly been a long time comin! Thanks for poppin back to watch!
Bro you have to make this a lego set
TBF they are a paper distributor, so the fact that the office building is dull I feel fits perfectly. Plus, it adds nice contrast to the rest of your Lego city buildings.
That’s great outlook to have on it!
Son of a gun he finally did it
WOO! The procrastination was REAL with this one … lmao, but ALAS it is done 🙌🏼
i love this so much i had to sub
Definitely need to do the roof details! Otherwise awesome build.
Absolutely! I want to add a wall around the edge, and maybe some of those big ol’ ventilation machines … one day anyway 😅
Dont forget to have Creed Bratton up there flying his rc helicopter
Dudes underrated asf
Add the golden chalice to the warehouse
So awesome, I’m definitely going to build this!
Hell yea bro!
yall better like this video
LOUDER FOR THOSE IN THE BACK 😏
this made me like the video
This comment made me unlike the video
Stop riding
I unliked this sh cause of you
Quality stuff!
That’s what she said!
Hey 👋, I'm a New Zealander too. Just a quick question, where do you get the shelves to display your Lego?
I got the shelves from Bunnings! The brand is Pinnacle Hardware. I’ve got a link in the description 👌
Im getting the office set on Friday im really excited
i get it, but after office ladies i can not not see angela chatting up jenna over the filing cabinets at the back of reception.
Bro I do not envy you having to dust all of this😂
Don’t remind me 🤡😂

Not biased at all 😂 Always appreciate ya stopping by the stream !!
dude, that mustache is going to look awesome when puberty hits !!!!!!!
sick but couldn't you of saved just ordering the parts directly from the lego pick site?
You deserve a 🍪
I would LOVEE a cookie 😆👌🏼
lol awesome!
what cabinets did you use for the part sorting?
I bought some basic containers from my local hardware store! They’re normally used for screws and that sorta stuff - but also great for LEGO! 😂
Everything on the third floor are from the same floor as the main one.
Yup! Space restraints just moved them up a level so the building wasn’t too big 😅
@@KiwiModulars why not give full respect and place things in their proper spaces? Maybe have it be another project of other famous sitcon places or maybe the office from office space
@ironpiyepic2666 he did give the building respect but as he said in the beginning he didn’t want the building taking up the whole shelf
If you don’t mind using other branded building bricks, we brick has a similar quality to lego and is cheaper. Just a thought
HARDCORE PARKOUR
🔥🔥🔥
it was a bit scary when all of a sudden i heard my name lol in this
apologies for the jump scare! 😂
Nice video! A like and subscribe for you!
You’re too kind! Thanks so much 🤝🏼
Nice
do you know where to find the list of pieces needed not counting the office set itself?
Inside the instructions on ReBrickable is the parts list ! 🤝🏼
Will it be better to buy all the parts in one country, drop ship it and declare a low value to avoid GST?
I tried to buy all the parts from New Zealand but unfortunately a majority of them weren’t available so it was more efficient to buy them overseas! And you pay GST on site so you don’t have to declare anything when it’s shipped in 😊

What's Dunder Mifflin
Should i watch the office?
Absolutely would recommend the US one! I haven’t watched the UK or Australian versions yet
check out the Pantasy Sherlock Holmes Modular Building (Lego compatible)
just make sure not to say it is "LEGO®" in case you make a video

I guess so! I’ve never really thought about it haha. But $20 is definitely the new $10 in this economy 🥲 if that makes sense
You absolutely made your money back on this video, but I will never spend over $200 on lego.
lol I didn't know it's THAT expensive to build MOC. 😬
Definitely not something I can do every pay day 😂

Mega loser mix god damn Lego moustache and the office. XD what a beautiful era of consumerism
completely inaccurate and youre missing parts of the office
