    muscle memory. it comes back.

    • @sheshforall
      @sheshforall 6 років тому

      Even I experienced the same thing. I stopped training for a year because of an injury and lost all my gains. When I came back I got 90% of my muscle mass back within a few months.

      That’s not what muscle memory is

  • @4MyTube4Ever
    @4MyTube4Ever 6 років тому +382

    all he lost was that steroid look and some muscle pump that you get from roids. and got some bodyfat,water... sure he lost some size but not that much like you guys think..
    but ye naturals would lose less.

    • @hiimyou2409

      Natural would do the same thing. Boy

      Michael Adel Nope , natural muscle mass wont disappear fast , steroids will disappear in some weeks

    • @morphi10
      @morphi10 6 років тому +7

      Because natural he would have less to loose

    • @AncientGameplays
      @AncientGameplays 6 років тому +5

      That is not correct at all. I saw some guys on steroids who had to go to the hospital (guess why) and after a week they shrink by ALOT. A natural bodybuilder can simply stop training for a month, if he follow the diet (or adjust it) he will not loose much lean mass :D

      Hien Van it was clearly a hyperbole, he's in better shape than most people, roughly 1/3 of the population are obese or overweight, normal day every man doesn't look like this either so he looks better the at least 50%

    • @gersongaete1574
      @gersongaete1574 6 років тому +34

      BOOGY110011 if you are natural and you keep eating enough you can easily stop working out for a long time and maintain most of your muscles, but he is a heavy steroid user if he stops training and goes off cycle he'll lose a lot of gains

      LS House jeremy won so many titles and you here judging him cause of bad genetics. Sounds funny and very bigoted of you 😂😂. Even a football team you mentioned competed, they are still single cents to buendia. Or maybe you are just full blind, don't have Instagram account to look up or buendia possing. Sadik had insane physic but Jeremy better. But too bad for you, your discrimination is just too useless. Whatever dude just keep on bashing,thumbs up to you

    More happened then he just got injured he definitely went off cycle around the same time once he hops back on and fully can trains hard he will be back... I don't think he will be better than last year tho

    It really is awful feeling that you've lost your body. I've been unable to work out for the past 9 months due to a severe intestinal infection. The infection also severely limits my food intake, and as a result, I've lost close to 30 lbs (160-130). It really does suck looking in the mirror now.

  • @mikeymike4329
    @mikeymike4329 6 років тому

    People who say he lost his gains and is washed up,clearly don't understand what it takes to maintain this kinda build and conditioning. It is literally a 24/7 365 gig!!!!!! One must remember that his shape at anytime is a reflection of what he puts his body thru! Hard grueling work 24/7& anyless equals less!!!

    lol this isn't the first time he's had surgery. he bounces back fast because of his muscle memory. you couple that with the mastermind of hany rambod and you're still good to go. he looks fluffy in that post-surgery video because 1. he's not working out his upper body therefore isn't pumped, and 2. he's bulking right now.

      adam w have you ever heard of bpc-157 and tb-500 peptides? ALOT of athletes have only reported miraculous healing and regeneration from their use... some even "had to get surgery" and tried them out first to discover they completely healed their injury/injuries surpassing that which surgery can provide.
      I would definitely at the very least look into them man, countless people have used them with no reported side effects. You may just not need surgery after all... hope all goes well for you bud.

    • @RMJerich0
      @RMJerich0 6 років тому

      Hey , NO. Fuck peptides. Even deca is better than this shit. There is magic, just bullshit ads man. Trust me.

    • @ellocolondono8955
      @ellocolondono8955 6 років тому

      RMJerich0 you obviously don't know jack shit about PED'S ...lol Deca's mechanism of "healing" is temporary and only masks the pain while bpc 157 and tb-500 actually causes angiogenisis and It enables renewal of blood vessels conduits (endothelial cell differentiation) amongst many other miraculous effects.
      Not to mention deca or any nandrolone derivative steroids are EXTREMELY SUPPRESIVE/SHUT YOU DOWN HAARDDD and are awful for heart health and can quite possibly fuck up your libido/erections. EQ causes a higher % of collegan synthesis with MUUUCCHHH less side effects than nandros... if you are stupid enough to think peptides are "useless"... at least run that instead.

    • @RMJerich0
      @RMJerich0 6 років тому +2

      Lol. Peptides are worthless and a great example is ghrp. People like you used to convince everybody "its new HGH! all the effects of it but better with no sideeffects" lol. A year after a bunch of guys with high as fuck PRL and no gains, no great skin, no goodlooks - nothing, but PRL who fucks your body.
      I was sarcastic about deca. Cuz at the time (long time ago) people used to say about it things you'r sayin now about peptides.
      The real thing is - DO YOUR SURGERY (guess what, pro mma fighters with millions of $ do it NOT BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE ACCESS TO PEPTIDES. LOL. THE REASON - THATS GOOD FOR YOU MOSTLY), recover with hgh if doctor approves, mb some trt, again, if doctor approves. Thats it. After that get back to your cycles.
