      Bank of America contracted Alorica to serve their customers needs however ever since Alorica went under new management with Alejandra Escobro it has been a very hostile environment the lady treats emploeeys unfairly she is very arrogant she does not care for her employees what so ever if anyone is thinking about getting bank of america dont their credit cards have the highest APR's the cards decline frequently due to fraudulent activity which you have to authorize with a one time code, even after that they dont go through it will be a hassle to deal with this bank i will post this in every platform and let everyone know what a horrible bank this is the cards will not work overseas dont waste your time or money. Also the refunds are determined by the computer system not a person. The cards sent outside the US will never arrive. The management dont care about the callers at all

    Thank you for your videos. I have my interview in 5 days, so this is very helpful. I'd like to ask...concerning the recent business news, does it have to be about Bank of America specifically?

      @@mihlalimakwedini46 it was a total of 12 questions, the first 6 were typing questions about scheduling and expected pay. The next 6 are video questions mostly directed towards use of technology. Why do you want to work there, tell me about yourself and how it can help them, how did you achieve a goal related in sales, how do you deal with a problem, and how is your experience / education benefit the position

      Did you apply directly to a job posting ?
      You have to apply directly from Bank of America careers. A recruiter will contact you if you qualify. If not you will get email stating the reason why.
      Good luck!!
      I been with Bank of America 2 years and I submitted application for another department. We still have to go through interview process 🫣.
      Wish you the best in your career. Bank of America is a great bank to work for.

    Hello Mike,
    If you don't mind I have a question, and your opinion would be really helpful.
    I'm a recent graduate targeting the top 100 UK consulting firms' graduate programs, with application deadlines mainly by end of October and November. I've been preparing for Psychometric tests for about 10 days, but my scores for numerical and verbal reasoning remain below average. I know you advocate for early applications, but I'm torn between improving my test scores or applying promptly. Given the limited application attempts allowed in a year, I'm concerned about not being able to pass from the initial stage. What's your recommendation should I apply early or should I get ready for the psychometric test well first and then apply?
    Thanks

    • @JobReadyEnglish
      @JobReadyEnglish  11 місяців тому +1

      Great question, and a really common problem. I would say don't get stuck in "analysis paralysis" , you could be making 1 application a day/week and see how you score and perform in real tests. Plus you get real time data to see whether your perception of skill is the same as reality.
