Magic find does not effect special zealot chances. Special zealot chances can only be increased in a few ways. You can buy the Zealuck perk for essence, You can use a legendary or mythic enderman pet and you can get enderman slayer lvl 9. Furthermore, going many zealots without a special zealot and using more than 1 hit to kill a zealot will also increase your chances.
If you exclude the multiple hits to kill a zealot, and the many zealots without a special zealot, i believe the best chance you can get is 1/218.88 whilst killing zealot bruisers.
