Please when visiting a house like this. Turn off anything electrical before you go (fire prevention) . If someone wants them on they can turn them on again. Close all exterior doors and windows only letting some small windows open a crack to provide some ventilation. Put photos in the driest, safest place you can find away from sunligh and humidity. If something nice is directly under a leak move it to a drier place!

Disgusting that a house like this can sit empty given the housing crisis...who is so rich that they can afford to own this and do nothing with it? give it to me, I'd bloody kill to live in a house like that.

@@outwiththebutler can I suggest you call the police & the council. They will always organise security measures so people like you can’t just wander around unchallenged.
That’s someone’s house and private belongings, not a public museum to publish private belongings.

How do you know if a house is truly abandoned? Maybe the owners had gone on a vacation spending some time in another country

no building is truly abandoned someone owns all property, But from what i can see and have been told this property has not been lived in since about about the last 15 to 20 years
