Man, metal roofs are the BEST. I put a metal roof in a house I had built in rural South Carolina. My contractor thought I was nuts, but that roof is now 12 years old. Neither I nor the new owners have had a moment’s problem with it! I tell everyone who’s discussing a new roof to at least consider a metal roof. I’m convinced a silver one reflects the sun’s rays away from the structure in hot climates, but that may just be a superstition. I assume the boys used roofing material leftover from another job? Good work!

The mice can be annyoining we used to get them in the Grain but dad had to big old cat's. After that the mice kinda went away and the cats got fatter lol. I guess my Dad's idea worked lol. Most of the buildings we have are more from cut stone and they would chew thourght the wooden door. It's not looking to bad. Your making a grand job.👍👍🏴

Corn won’t keep without ventilation and air flow. Several plans are on-line for crib plans. You have built a shed; not a crib. But, good luck. It looks good.

🌹Pre-refrigerator years here, food storage buildings were up on long posts with each wrapped in tin plating (mice can’t climb the smooth surface). 🧶🤓

My grandad’s father used to keep black snakes in his to control the mice. He’s give the kids a nickel for each one they could catch for him.
