As a person with sparkle's sig lc and still have 183 crit dmg I can definitely relate
i mean she is a very complete character and her lightcone is basically just a statstick
I picked the randomest piece and got 161 speed and 203 crit dmg + 1.5k def (def can use some work but pretty good) the past and future lc saving for bro ya lc to but it from shop
I'm rocking s2 Bronya LC since the LC didn't speak to me. I'm only at 183 crit because of e2 fuxuan with keel though
I'm just short of spd on my Sparkle, currently her stats are around ±200cdm, 147 spd, 5k+ HP, 1k+ deff with 4p hacker + 2p keel (250cdm if using my Bronya's relic)
note : no Sign LC

Mate...buddy...brother...I got her lightcone so that relic grinds are not torture for me in the future. It saves me the stress. There is so much value in that lightcone. That lightcone right there is the ultimate "I will help compensate for your shit relics."
this is was my mind set, so glad i got her lightcone early

+ it's also a big upgrade instead of a small one over past and future/battle isn't over for follow-up like dr ratio/jing yuan because it has 100% uptime instead of 1 turn

This is genuinely relatable relics for once, holy!!! I almost think my Sparkle build might be better, except I don't have the same DEF% or the 5 SPD worth of wiggle room, so it's harder to upgrade and speed tune, and easier to get one tapped. My final build before I start relic farming is like ~185CDMG ~160SPD ~35RES, running Keel and 2pc HP & SPD and my relic hoard is pretty pathetic, so I think this is the most relatable build so far...if you, like, ignore the 11SPD piece that popped up on screen,
Slow welt hyperspeed sparkle now?
I maxed 4star normal ass Dan Heng because I loved the character and the voice actor. Then DHIL comes and I had to max him too. Only time I spent on the game beyond $5 monthly and the basic battle pass. I missed 50/50 and got Bronya, had to open wallet to get DHIL, and ended up getting E2. 3 copies on pull 72-82. Only time I ever pulled more than one 5star at the same time going all the way back to Genshin. Used up all my gamba luck, will never spend for pulls again lol.
Got sparkle this morning on a random 1 pull looking to build pity, don't have mats to build her, gonna take like a month to earn them!

So far I got 154 spd man I just need a either a crit dmg piece with spd sub stat and/or energy regen rope with spd to get the 160 spd.

Just be relatable : get 3 of her S5 LC, throw it in a team of 3 Harmony, and add the DPS.
Tbh, idc, I got her Lc in under 50 pulls, and rn am just happy to be building her rn. (I also got a s1 before dawn 25 pulls right after, so imma try to lvl that up for my QQ… I’ve lost so much aether stocks ;/)

It only 24% of her CD will be applied to the buffed target. It is ok. My build is the same 160+speed and 160+ CD
