I had a model older than this one that I love. This is a newer model but was even lighter which she really appreciates. She enjoys it and I no longer have to go to her house to trim as she can handle it fine. Haven't used it enough to comment on the battery life but lithium batteries last longer than the old style. Being cordless makes it easy to trim the far edges of the property. The entire yard can be trimmed with one charged battery.

How many feet do you use of string ? i also took head off to restring it i thought it was awful hard to restring i even had neighbor help me because string kept coming unwraped when trying to put it out the holes.
I have a 20V Hyper ToughHT401-03-02 - everything online points to the wrong replacement spool. This particular model seems to require the same manual string-up as your gas model. You just saved me so much time!
