First Of all, Let me start by saying, Michael, that I never thought you made mistakes in your career. The choices we make in life are determined by many factors, and those factors are what lead you to make your decisions. And I assure you that so many of us wouldn't be thanking you for being such an important part of our lives if you had made mistakes. And in any case, that is to your credit. The fact that you were never a star is, I assure you, what makes you special to us, at least to me. Just an excellent actor. You should always be proud of that. And said that, what a Great program and guest! You got a lot of fun! Perfect Chemistry!! You MUST work toguether! I didn't know Jamie Kennedy (sure he is mostly known in US) yes, of course, the movies he was and really now he created in me the need to see them again. Wonderful the anecdote with GEORGE CLOONEY (I would be same like him because I can't stand the abuse) and The clip with Lily Tomlin, Well, I can understand the pressure, but: 2 options: or you laugh in his face, or you punch him. L. Tomlin is a Dame. Bazz Lurhmann, a legend. He changed musical cine, making the point in the story and adapting music to it. And with colorful, joy, at his way. Love so much his segment. And the segment of Roe V Wave, I haven't seen it but I am with the point they chat about actual Hollywood and the kind of perversion there are in mix politicals or sexual ideals in Movies with reality. There are not Freedom. Yes, what was about time nobody knew the sexual life, the political side ... Of nobody!! Please if even in my Job I know that!!! "I'm X and I'm gay, trans, right/left... ". And me: "And what?? Doesn't care me!". And enjoyed the clip about "coke"!! Michael, Now I imagine 80,s sets and parties like a Bacchanal 🤣 You have to explain me more this one 🤣🤣 So WAITING FOR NEXT!! Every show Better than the last one. And you are more confortable every program. GREAT! Follow @justfoolinabout and HAVE A GREAT TIME. @therealmichaelb @caelanbiehn @jenblancbiehn IT'S THE BEST YOU CAN FIND IN MOVIES STORIES.
I am in the half just, and I can to say this episode is great for the anecdotes Jamie and Michael share with us. I liked so much the anecdotes of D O R and 3 kings. I don't know what I would have do in that situation. Probably I would superated the reaction of George because I can't stand to see an abuse of power ..... But I go ahead!! I have the other half part waiting for me . But really, EVERY PODCASTS BETTER THAN NEXT ONE
Just started rewatching Auf Wiedersehen Pet - created by Franc Roddam who is the director of Lords of Discipline… great story … Bill Paxton is a legend. So is Michael. Great interview
Delighted to learn you started a podcast, Michael and instantly subscribed. I would love to see Neil Blomkamp on the show and am still hopeful to see you reprise Hicks along with Sigourney in his Aliens sequel that stalled in pre-production.
Another look behind-the-scenes of filming that reveals how human nature oft can take + twist what is meant to tell a Story. Jamie being identified as something other than his actual self simply because he participated in a film that represented a different perspective shows how divided people have become over issues that are actually private + personal. How can Storytellers tell the Stories that reflect varying viewpoints if they're accused/attacked + labeled simply for participating? Truly appreciate the deeper digging thru the layers you as filmmakers experience. Cannot wait for more podcasts Michael :)
9:00 i cant believe that was his question after that "if a good question pops in my head and i let you finish your thought, i will lose the question so i just have to ask it" build up. What an insane question, jaime even laughs
Man Michael biehn is the best. I love Jamie Kennedy too, but he definitely is naive about the roe v wade thing. Fair enough though, it’s a treat hearing behind the scenes stories from kennedy’s perspective though.
I did a few service jobs and never fucked with anyones food. One time though, I had someone request I spit in food because it was for someone else they didn't like. Hey, whatever the paying customer wants. You want the bagel with cream cheese and spit, that's what you will get.
Every episode is getting better. Loving the Bill Paxton stories too.
Couldn’t have asked for a funnier guest, Jamie is such a gem. Also has great insight and takes on the insustry
