Equal measures of all ingredients, for yorkshire pud & self raising flour really. So it puffs up & doesn't look like a cooked blanket with sausage bits in it.

1 use blue milk Iinstead of water
2 put baking tray in oven with sunflour oil untill smoking.
Then you put the mixture in.
Then it will rise
Oh and you leave the mixture for at least 4 hours
Equal amounts Semi skimmed milk, plain flour, eggs, smoking hot lard and yes leave the mixture to stand for hours beforehand

and very hot oil, oven and pan to make it rise like proper Yorkshire pudding.
