Metronidazole for Chickens and other Poultry Birds | Flagyl for Chickens | Dr. ARSHAD

Metronidazole ( Brand name Flagyl ) is a Synthetic, Nitroimidazole Antibacterial and Antiprotozoal agent for Chickens. It is used to Treat Bacterial infections caused by Anaerobic Bacteria and Giardia and other Gastrointestinal Protozoal Flagellates. Metronidazole Highly Effective Canker Medication in Powder, Syrup, Ointment, Tablets or injection form for Chickens.
For the Treatment of Chickens with Metronidazole in Tablet form, Tablets should be Crushed with the Calculation of the Dosage.
In the Case of using the Powder form of the Metronidazole ( Flagyl ) Medicine, it should be Diluted with the Water.
Metronidazole / Flagyl is a Popular and Effective Drug among Poultry Farmers. Flagyl Helps Fighting against Harmful Pathogens. Metronidazole helps Chickens to Get rid of Parasites. For Best Absorption and Efficacy, Mix the Metronidazole with Chicken Food.
Metronidazole ( Flagyl ) helps Chickens get rid of Infections caused by Anaerobic Bacteria, infections by Parasitic Protozoa, Trichomoniasis and Coccidiosis. In Case of Bloody Diarrhea, Green Runny Poop, Watery Diarrhea and Other Abnormal Chicken Droppings, Flagyl can be Used. Chickens Suffering from Respiratory Disorders, Reluctant to Feed, Dull, Depressed, Huddling and similar Health Disorders can be Treated successfully with the Help of Metronidazole in Chickens. Flagyl also Helps Chickens to improve Gut Health.
Dosage and Administration of Metronidazole ( Flagyl ) in Chickens:
Metronidazole Syrup / Flagyl Syrup for Chickens:
One Teaspoon of Flagyl Syrup in one Liter of Poultry Drinking Water for Daily 08 Hours and for 05 Consecutive Days.
Flagyl Tablets 400 mg for Chickens / Metronidazole 400 mg Tablets for Chickens:
Crush 02 Flagyl Tablets of 400 mg and Mix in 01 Kg Chicken Food for 10 Poultry Birds with the Average weight of around 01 Kg. Similarly, mix 02 Flagyl Tablets of 400 mg in 01 Kg Chicken Feed for 20 Pullets with the Average Body Weight around 500 Grams.
Oral Use of Metronidazole for Chickens / Oral Use of Flagyl Tablets for Chickens:
Crush 01 Flagyl 400 mg tablet, Dilute with Water and give one cc to each of the 08 Adult Chickens with the Help of pipette.
Use of Metronidazole for Chickens Suffering from Coccidiosis or Respiratory Distresses:
01 Flagyl Tablet for 20 Pullets with the Average Body Weight around Half Kg, for 03 Consecutive Days. If Conditions is Critical, 07 to 10 Days.
Flagyl Powder for Chickens:
Mix 01 Teaspoon of Flagyl Powder in 01 LTR of Clean DW for 08 Hours Daily and Continuously for 05 Days.
