For 55 rupees only, people in the west will never understand why the East is the best for food and above all culture, culture where food is priced in a such a way that everyone can afford it, to put into perspective this dish is half a £, less than a 1$ and €1, compare to the so called West , where frozen crap food costs 10 times more, while in the east people always eat well and above all fresh food
There is some truth to what you said, way too exaggerated at times and over simplification of what you consider "the West". If you are saying that food culture of The US, The UK and Europe are the same then you are in for a rude shock. There is no cuisine above or below anything. You have unhealthy food in the east and unhealthy food in the West. It all comes down to individual choices. In the west no one is forcing you to have frozen food, you can cook great healthy meals at home and many people are health cautious. Same in the east, you can have unhealthy cheap (delicious) street food or choose to make good healthy meals at home. Choice is yours. Also when you are comparing the value for what you are getting. That is again unfair because the per person spending power in India is less compared to the western countries. They can afford to charge more because people can afford to spend more.

Today I tried dhum and fry piece biryani... taste is good.The chicken leg piece is regular size (the same size as what you get in any restaurent). Hats off to you guys for providing quality biryani dhum for just 55 rupees. I recommend them to every one who want tasty biryani at affordable price.
