Boss Doubles in Tobago

A truly different and unique doubles in Tobago. This is an interesting twist on a Trinidad and Tobago street food delicacy with the use of cassava flour and air frying rather than the traditional frying in oil.

u can be handling money and the wrapping paper with the same hand not sanitary.get a worker with the money.

Pointboy, I was praying for someone to start making gluten-free doubles. Now I am seeing someone who has, but he is in Tobago. 😂 Another reason to hop over to Tobago. I don't know if I missed it, but what is the cost of these delightful doubles?😋

Cassava Bara, curried channa, sweet sauce, pepper and chadon beni. On Sundays is breadfruit Bara.

I agree that it is best to not be handling food and money with the same hands. The bara box however was clean. I was standing next to it so I saw it clearly. If it was not clean I would not have bought and I would not have eaten.

Visit 6th June 2024, was greeted with the vendor's venom against women who preach God's word, in his words "women must sit down, shut up " Worst experience. He shouts Bible verses while serving , where do you think the spittle from his mouth ends up😢

I am surprised. There was nothing like this on the times when I was there and there were women customers at that time.
