Yes I agree ,farmers don’t do this for the love of money ,because with the cost of expenses the return is not very profitable, but we do it because we love the dirt ,the love of the freedom and being our own lives and pride of a job well done 🤠👍💪🇺🇸
Hi Matthew. If you don’t mind can we be friends? Thanks God bless you….🌺🌺🌺
I remember those days. I used to make a lot of hay before the cancer and divorce. You work all spring and summer and fall hoping hoping the net works in your favor at the end. I loved every bit of it but it's scary sometimes. Some years were good some not. It's an average through the years.

You are nothing more than a n ai bot. Quit trying to take advantage of people. You guys are the scum of the earth. How you sleep at night I don't know. Trying to take advantage of someone you think is vulnerable. Believe me I am not vulnerable. All I have to say is fuck off.
The farmer gets probed all the rest of the time! There is never enough in the bin. I remember hauling with 3 tons. Plowing snow into the bin empty. Fighting the ol' Briggs green to load 300 bushel and it took all day to make a round trip. The good old days.....

That's why you'll see aircarts pumping air into the lines sometimes. And the colder it gets, the thinner the air gets which takes even longer. Once it hits like -25 CN engines will ru. 24/7
Hey Mike, I don't think you ever showed us a walk around on your Peterbilt. I remember you snooping on a dealer lot, but that was last winter. Could we get a update? 👍

You're more efficient,Mike, if you fill up the trailer. You're heading that way anyway. 😅 Back haul fertilizer, and you are even more efficient 😊 OH and add electric tarps, too.

I have a feeling you don't roll up the bags properly afterwards and recycle them like most farmers do. They make bag grabbers for bobcats that will roll it tight and small for recycle. A 400' bag is like 600lbs
Gross. We gave a spare yeard that everyone drops theirs off at. Hundreds at the end of year and spring. Some punjabi guy comes in a truck and grapple thing and hauls them away for recycling. The proper way.

There are different ways to run a business like farming. Go big and use new or almost new equipment. Run second hand and have more maintenance but cheaper equipment overhead. Run old crap and make due but expect more breakdowns and loss of productivity. I know farmers that are in each category and they make it work. Running new means you have to be bigger and or more productive. There is no free ride. And yes, we are not seeing most of the real business that takes place in offices, on phones and emails. You have to want to do it, otherwise it will burn you out. Farming is among the highest stress things you can do in life. Can be very rewarding as well.

Tail lights, the old regular lights would melt the snow off of them .
LED lights don’t put out enough heat to keep them thawed out.

Oh finally we get to see the 589
You can keep the snow up there, as long as you have a crop to harvest it is fun
Hopefully, making videos is an old habit you can't break!!!!! Lol...glad to see another!!!!!!
the ol incadesent light bulb would melt the snow a bit...
Great video Mike
Good luck hauling your durum Mike
Thanks Mike, your always interesting, I ate a piece of bread today thanks to you guys

wow these trains are massive... over here we only have trains with a lengh of max 750 m and they are already huge

Salut Mike magnifique vidéo et camion et les remorque ranpliseur pour changer les remorque sont bien équipés et bien intéressante 😂😮😅😊
Morning
Yahhh mike!! Epic content!

How far do you usually have to haul your grain?
Must be nice after spending all the money and time growing the crop to finally get it moved and some reward back in the bank Mike

We got snow but after 48hours it was melted btw am in Denmark 😮
Wunderfull
Thanks for the video Mike, how is mrs A Mitchell doing?

The problem with led lights. They won't melt the snow and ice off the lens.
True, infact if you put the wrong wattage bulb in you'd actually melt a hole in your light lense, ah the good old days. 😂🤣😂

How do you know Mike? Sorry you said to ask.

You should idea up to 1100 when sitting still

That looks absolutely miserable!!
I got to ask what happened to all the help you us to have?
Looks like hoppers are only partially filled. Why?
That is all you need with heavier commodities to be at legal haul weight for the highway. Oats you could probably fill trailer full.
I know you said you might go to one video but I’d rather you go back to 3
I wish
