    The less you can use your knife when skinning the fewer feathers you'll have on your meat.
    Use the breast bone and rib cage as a guide for making your cuts.
    Dislocate the hip socket before removing the legs.
    Vacuum seal or wrap the meat in butcher paper and store it in the freezer for up to a year. But it likely won't last a month.
