Besides the eradication of curses, the goal is to shift the balance of power in favour of the sorcerers. Incidentally, out of this massive culling would result a shitload of fear and negative emotions and thus create curses, which would then feed Geto's war effort exponentially. You arr confusing plans. Geto plan is to kill everyone. Kenjaku plan is to force regular humans to evolve and be able to use curse energy as a sorcerer, therefore no more curses are created. How is that supposed to work? Make people know about curse energy, expose them to curses in a dangerous situations. Some will learn how to use it others wont and will die. If a person had a sorcerer in their family then it may make it easier for them but the plan is not dependant on it.
Are people forgetting that Yuki said that non-sorcerers would develop cursed energy by sheer fear and evolution? She said that while she was having the talk with Geto, so if Geto did indeed try killing all non-sorcerers, he would kill a significant amount till all non-sorcerers turn into sorcerers, thats why his plan was valid in the first place.... Another thing we get to learn in the manga is that when someone dies, sorcerer or not, that generates a massive amount of cursed energy. So in addition to the ce from the fear and resentment towards Geto for killing people, curses would also form from the cursed energy people leave when dying. I don't think even Gojo could handle an army of 5000+ disaster curses (and higher) level cursed spirits, so even sorcerers would all end up dying before they have to worry about starving. TLDR: Geto's a dumbass and should probably have thought of the merger (Well, Yuki's interpretation of the merger that just makes everyone in Japan a sorcerer)

Except for Gojo and Geto every sorcerer is going to be exterminated or get killed due to radiation poisoning by nukes. If Japan gets nuked then they can't farm for shit either because the land is ruined. If the US or other super powers decide that Jujutsu sorcerers aren't a race of "humans" that are a threat to humanity, they can be alot more crueler and racist than Geto and just commit the holocaust 2.0 for sorcerers. Then Geto's plan would be fucking worthless because nuclear armegeddon kills everyone sorcerer or not unless everyone is Gojo level. But even Gojo I doubt would survive cancer from radiation poisoning because radiation poisoning isn't really poison. But has to do with energy released from atoms.

Another thing we get to learn in the manga is that when someone dies, sorcerer or not, that generates a massive amount of cursed energy. So in addition to the ce from the fear and resentment towards Geto for killing people, curses would also form from the cursed energy people leave when dying. I don't think even Gojo could handle an army of 5000+ disaster curses (and higher) level cursed spirits, so even sorcerers would all end up dying before they have to worry about starving. TLDR: Geto's a dumbass and should probably have thought of the merger (Well, Yuki's interpretation of the merger that just makes everyone in Japan a sorcerer)
