    My friend, Maxime Denoncin, is based in Belgium and is a Trusted Member of the meteorite community. He is a longstanding member of the "Knowledge Bolide Crew" where he regularly contributes educational content for our weekly "Knowledge Bolide" Hangouts. He has collected meteorites for 11+ years and now likes to share his passion with others through inspirational videos like this one.
    Maxime made this video and commented: "A random compilation of another 50 meteorites, just to share their beauty and variety. Meteorites are incredibly diverse. Despite the fact that there are dozens of different meteorite classes, each meteorite is basically unique. This video is an attempt to show a little portion of this diversity. It is also an attempt to show the incredible and fascinating beauty of those space rocks."

    I am actually taking my first Meteorite into to get it Authenticated, hopefully tomorrow. It's of the Stoney variety, but still has a little magnetism. It has red shock veins and it underwent some serious char on the outside. Hopefully I'm not holding a meteorwrong, but I took a 12 step ID process which i found very helpful. I think it is beautiful, but there are some much nicer looking Iron Meteorites on this video, wow, beautiful for sure. Finding one gave me the bug and i will always search now lol. Good video, very nice 👌

      It is really not that cool of you to come to my company UA-cam page and try to sell your stuff using my marketing. If you want start your own company start your own channel start your own Facebook start your own patreon and then start selling real meteorites.

    Absolutely gorgeous! So many beautiful details. That El Sauz at 8.30 - I’ve never seen such an interesting gold colored nodule - do you know if that is pentlandite? Thanks for putting this together Topher!

    • @theasteroidminer2395
      @theasteroidminer2395 11 місяців тому +3

      The little nodule in the El Sauz is simply a bigger than usual metal grain that was partially melted during fall. It thus pops out through the fusion crust. The color is due to irridescence, itself caused by the thin layer effect. The golden color of some metal inclusions might also be due to the presence of FeS.

      Thanks so much for checking out our UA-cam channel. 😊
      We receive a bunch of messages with requests for our help like this every day, so we have started to direct people to our Patreon. With our new Rockhound/Hunter Supporter" tier, you are entitled to one rock identification per month, in addition to other benefits.
      Unfortunately, if we took the time to provide free rock identifications to each and every person who contacted us, we would have gone out of business already. We work regular jobs, so all of the hundreds of hours of content we create for the channel is done during our free time. We recently just started the Patreon last month, so we are hoping that people who enjoy the work we do and would like access to our time support us so we can keep creating content.
      Thanks so much!

      @@TopherspinMeteorites do you follow scientism?Cause 95% of what's taught to us since birth is lies, I am a science follower, real repeatable science with evidence, like magnetism, sound frequency and vibration , static magnetism is one of a handful of the things on earth with no Hertz level. NASA is not science, they are propaganda machine to steal 66$ million a day off brainwashed people

      On average only 5 or 6 meteorites are found a year in the entire world.
      In comparison diamonds are extremely common. Its estimated only about 60,000 meteorites have been found in all of human history.
