I highly suggest you get an Elephant-Nose or two for the Fly River Turtle pond. They are just so incredibly unique and interesting!
i try having them multiple times but they never did good and is it just me but at there shop its $44 i got them four $10
@@saraboquist4698 yeah, they are kinda difficult to keep. As for the price, your shop probably didn't know exactly what they had.
Hopefully you see this Paul. Once the fish move to the 55 gallon tank you need to build viewing panels on the 36 gallon it wood look amazing especially when you get koi and goldfish for it. Get our friend Hector in sothat he does it. Once again hopefully you see this and the viewers like this 😍😍😍😍
Hey @Paul you should really have some lily pads in that pond. It'll help with filtration it'll give cover to the fish from predators and plus would look nice 👍🙂

That's Awsome that you will have a deck above the pond. If it covers half the pond you should put lights under it to light up the pond. That way you won't need to mound them from the ceiling and potentially get blinded.
I have 6 children, 3 dogs, 3 lizard (Leo, tegu, uromastyx) and a man child I know the struggle 🤣 we LOVE your content sooo much!!

When the 5500G pond is ready you gotta change the black plastic in the 3600 pond to a light blue or something to make all the Koi absolutely POP!
For sure and add some flow to keep the detritus from settling and keep the pond crystal clear. Me personally I think it will be my fav pond on UA-cam once it's all changed over

also just thought of another suggestion, you should have a camera on one of the back viewing panels so you could always have underwater clips, and it would maybe open an opportunity to stream the pond too, just a thought.

I remember when Paul had a snake but gave it away bc it bit his mom while a feeding. That was so long ago now that think about, you’ve come a long way keep it up Paul.
Pick up a 16 gallon 2 in 1 shop vacuum. Set it up for wet to suck up all of the dirty water for cleaning.
Paul you should get the fish that knock you out. That would be awesome to look at the new pond!!
Cheap effective filter . Use an 8 inch tall fabric under the sink filter 2 for 8 dollars at home improvement store. Plug bottom filter with pads. Connect top opened end on power head.
