I feel like this is a who's who of fanmade robots masters and in-jokes (at least, if Future from Mega Man Christmas Carol is anything to go by, since he's the only one I recognized), but a lot of them are lost on me.
All the teir bosses are from different fangames The rest are either tier x (A mix of joke and normal bosses) Wily bosses (Vanguard, Mecha Bubble Man, Boss that doesn't have a name, Riplings, Autobounce, Seven force,Holo dragon, All the Chimerabots, Wily sword, Sprite game, and Wily core) Or Null and Void bosses Basically bosses that share the theme of the section Along with the Connection to the X series a.k.a absolute Zero
