Thank You, Thank You, Chicago
Maybe my favorite track off this album. Keep rolling, Chicago. Thanks for all the music!
These guys have not lost any of their creativity. Still going strong! Good job guys!
I first heard LITTLE CHRISTMAS on the radio, and as soon as the horns started playing, I knew it was Chicago. Love this cd, and play it throughout the year.
Things I am grateful for...Chicago is at the top of the list! I was 13 years old in 1970, and that is when Chicago inspired me to play guitar. I have probably played 25 or 6 to 4 more times than you have, if thats even possible! Seriously, thank you for the music and inspiration, there is not a day that goes by that I don't think of Terry and all of you!
I love 25 or 6 to 4
OMG I am petrified ! Am I dreaming ???? Chicago is the band of my life ... Since my childhood I listen Chicago bcoz my aunties and sisters ...
Tnx a lot for the amazing gift
I am watching over and over again 🙏🏻
Very best regards from Brazil ✨🇧🇷🙏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I remember hearing this on the radio last Christmas and knowing it was Chicago because of their signature horn sound. Different vocalist, but because of those horns, it sounds like Chicago and they still sound great, love this song.
Three of the horn players in this are original band members, Pankow, Parazainer, and Loughnane.
Neil Donell was very good vocalist, Bring something new to this group very well 🙂
@@nancyt.7134Walter hasn't been with them for at least 6 yrs now. He has Alzheimer's.
@@kidwaryodproductionI believe he also wrote this song.
@@lamarravery4094 Yeah, He co-wrote with Don Breithaupt (Monkey House/ Brass Transit) 😁 Neil also former lead singer of Brass Transit too (Brass Transit was Chicago Tribute band who also have lot of good original song)
My all time favorite group, and I am with the man who dedicated the song Just you and me !! so happy ,Merry Christmas Chicago🎻🎺🎵🎶❤

The American Legend!
Chicago has been my favorite band since 1968 - when I heard you in my Freshman year of High School, I was hooked - saw you twice - when you toured with the Beach Boys and then years later with the Doobie Brothers - GREAT CONCERTS. Hopefully this COVID will be eradicated from the face of this earth and I will get to see you again!! I am listening to a Chicago Christmas CD right now -- Love, love, love your music!! Merry Christmas to all!!!
Merry Christmas Everybody!🎁🥁🎄

Wishing you a Merry Christmas.
Thank you Chicago for that 👍🏼❤️
What a wonderful song. I love it. Great to hear the sound of Chicago again. Merry Christmas
I love how Robert is just vibing.
Oh how I still and always will love and respect you guys! The art and craft of songwriting, those hooks, the arranging, the production and those vocals! You guys have been such an 'inspiration" (pardon the pun, but I really mean it!) since the 70s when I grew up with my AM radio through the 80s with my stereo and FM Rock. I'd wait and listen all day for Saturday in the Park or If You Leave Me Now or 25 or 6 to 4. Having made my living exclusively as a saxophone player - as Jerry Seinfeld says, "I've never had a job." - I've done thousands of cover gigs through these 35 or so years as a pro. I always eagerly anticipate the Chicago tunes getting called. And audiences ALWAYS love them! I have been a composer, arranger and orchestrator as a professional and James, I have always cited you as one of my earliest influences. Your sound is unmistakable and instantly recognizable. You are an all-timer! Chicago (Transit Authority) is an all-timer and holds a very, very well-deserving place in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. I friggin' love you guys! Thank you for a lifetime of inspiration. And these Christmas songs (I wish I'd've gotten hip to them a few weeks ago, but whatever!) are just great. I can't get them out of my head!
I proclaimed Chicago as my favorite band when I was a teen in the 1980s. I remember the joy I got whenever I heard a new Chicago song on the radio, then I had to run to the record store and buy it. I own all their albums, it was sad not hearing them on the airwaves anymore in the 1990s. But I've remained a fan, they're still the best.
Merry Christmas to my favorite band, Chicago! Thank you for all that good quality music over the years, you're the best.
Excellent music, really enjoy hearing Chicago.
So pretty! I love seeing all those beautiful Christmas trees to go along with those great vocals! Stay well guys!
Classic Chicago's awesome songs make you smile😄😎

great sound ! great singer and songs !
Easilly the best song off this CD and the one they should promote.
The unchanging horn section sound is unbearably cool. I want to listen to Chicago songs forever.
Wow. They made a robert robot
Merry Christmas to all 😄👍🏻
I hope you guys don't want the Chicago of 50 years ago, it ain't ever gonna happen. But this new incarnation is pretty nice, keep it up guys!
The new incarnation, in at least this video, still have four original memembers.
2018-2021 Chicago lineup era virtual concert…….
Robert, Lee, James, Keith, Lou, Walfredo, Ray, Neil, Brett, Ramon
This was the only time that Keith & Lou are with the band for the very last time before they resigned in the following year when Howland broke his arm and later retired in the following month and then Pardini leaves in 2022……….
Great Music! ❤️🎈
This song was very interesting to me because a lot of things
- Very cute song and sound that show Chicago still sound fresh as ever. Anyone can enjoyed ❤
- First song that Neil Donell recorded as lead vocal in Chicago. He have his own style and voice that I'm looking forward to heard more from him.
- Donell co-written this song with Don Breithaupt from Monkey House. This guy was my favorite singer, songwriter, keyboardist in Westcoast genre. Easily imagine if Don recorded his own version, Remind me of Monkey House "Headquarters" album.
(Don also a members of Brass Transit, Chicago Tribute Band that Don also former sing lead vocal)
TY, VERY MERRY HOLIDAYS!!!! 🎄🎅💖🐧🦌🍾🎍🎋🍻🥂🎁🎋

As one of the biggest Chicago fans of the 70's,80,s stuck with them in the 90's...I have to say between the newer members and the music, I'd rather listen to a Chicago cover band.
Escuchando desde Santiago de Cali Colombia feliz navidad Chicago muy buenos bendiciones
Escuchando desde Santiago de Cali Colombia en estas navidades Chicago muy buenos
Very Nice. Merry Christmas!
Bravo
Banda incrível !
Linda voz.
Was hoping for 25/6/4 from the Tanglewood Live 1970 concert. Kath was on fire that night and Danny was fixing his drums. Thank goodness Foster wasn't producing this. It would really suck.
A Big Bunch of thanks. You R on my mind since Chic@go Transit Authority. My Best Regards to YOU. G💖D IS GREAT AT ALL !
😍❤💜💛💚💙
КРУТА!!!!!
I'm hoping now that Chicago hasn't been touring, they're busy writing and making a new album. It's been awhile.
did you see the album they put out a few years ago Chicago Now?
@@evilvolts If I’m not mistaken, they’re in the process of writing and recording a new album with producer Jim Peterik.
@@dimitrikotsianas2852 Now also was a good album after years of silence
@@evilvolts Had 4 or 5 solid tracks...my favorite is "America"
@@evilvolts I did and I have it. I love it. I was hoping they'd be making some more new music. They were bragging about their new portable recording technology and said they were going to make more new music, and the Christmas album that came out last year doesn't count.
God, I guess it's hard to dump on someone bringing holiday joy considering what this year has been but I'm such a fan of Chicago and it's been painful to see the constant changes and the overall sound diminish to this Dentist office waiting room music. But hey, Hall of Fame and there's plenty of history to listen to. They've earned the right to churn this kind of music out. Happy Holidays Gents.
Four of the original members are in this video, impossible to keep the lineup of a very large band that started in the mid-60s.
After the death of Kath, most of the blues inspired, rock oriented work withered away, and as Cetera took center stage, the shift to easy listening pop/love song pretty much took over,
@@nancyt.7134 Four?? Lee, Robert and Jimmy. Who's the fourth?
How many of these guys are from the original lineup? Only ones I recognize are Robert Lamm, Lee Loughnane, James Pankow and Walter Parazaider. I’d love to see some kids from Berkelee , North Texas or Indiana schools of music come in to move it forward.

And MERRY CHRISTMAS
Does anybody have sheet music for this awesome song??
i would love to see danny seraphine and peter cetera tour one last time with chicago . before anything happens to the band members
Walt had to leave cause he has cardiac issues..bless e'm all
What happened to Jason Scheff??
He left the band in 2016 and now he has a solo career. He released the "Here i am" album in 2019.
@@leafl75 thank you! 🥰
what are those things called that the guy is shaking that looks cloves of garlic
Jeremiah
Chapter 10:3 For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe.
4 They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not.
5 They are upright as the palm tree, but speak not: they must needs be borne, because they cannot go. Be not afraid of them; for they cannot do evil, neither also is it in them to do good.
6 Forasmuch as there is none like unto thee, O LORD; thou art great, and thy name is great in might.
7 Who would not fear thee, O King of nations? for to thee doth it appertain: forasmuch as among all the wise men of the nations, and in all their kingdoms, there is none like unto thee.
8 But they are altogether brutish and foolish: the stock is a doctrine of vanities.
Qué pasó mi Robert, aunque sea unos pinches coritos...
Peter could have sang also 👍
Since he insists on having nothing to do with the band, probably not.
Walt Paraizader?
He retired some years back and was replaced by Ray Hermann. Last time he played with the boys was at the RRHOF induction I believe
@@pauli6043 wow! Thank you for the update! Love Chicago
Zero involvement from Robert - WTF.
Ugh.
