Why self reflection is a critical Leadership Practice

🎤This line from Taylor Swift's song Anti-Hero is more relevant than many of us realize.
So many leaders I work with cringe when it comes to looking at their part of things. I get it; it's unsettling to admit we are imperfect. It's easier to deflect and blame rather than look at ourselves.
But the most effective leaders understand the importance of having a deliberate reflective practice. It's cuts through the reactivity and is a key part of us being able to show up as a better version of ourselves.
💡 We need to look in the mirror twice before looking out the window.
