Spar isn't really a grocery store, it's more like a convince store. Most people wouldn't do their weekly shop there because the prices are so high they just get one or two things as they're usually more local. Ik pretty sure spar is one of the most expensive places in Ireland, you're better off looking at a tesco/dunnes/lidl. That's where local people actually do their shopping.
