No, it's called aftermarket orders. 3.40 se 4 baje Tak fixed rate pe hi kharid ya becch sakte ho basharte koi kharidne ya bechane wala aayega to. Ye rate last trade ka closing rate hota hai fixed by NSE, koi fraud nahi ye sab Desh Mr normal hota hai.
