This is soo true, in times of pandemic din namin nabili yung beach resort lot namin nung kasagsagan tlga around Feb-March 2020 kse wla tlga kmeng mapaglibangan or mapuntahan dahil sa lockdown ng mga resorts kaya we decided to buy our own and investment nadin tlga kse habang tumatagal, the lot prices in the market is tumataas tlga, never bumababa. Unlike sa condo bumababa sila eh kase may dalawa kme doon sa cebu lugi kme if ibenta namin yun kse nag drop tlga ang prices ng units, nung 2020 ke daming pa promo sa condo units that time kaya mas wise investment tlga yung property lot na tlaga.

Where Is ALABANG WEST vis-a-vis AYALA SOUTH VALE SONERA Subdivision ?
They are both along Daang Hari Road, just about 1.6km apart. Alabang West is closer to AAV/ATC than Southvale.
Wow. I didn’t know ph real state is way more expensive than here sa US.
Low house inventory, fix land supply, overpopulation acceleration is the reason of these land prices, also land mass in US is larger than PH. It really depends on the location.
@@mortimergoth7135 that’s true! The land itself is a house and lot already in California or even here in AZ. But in comparison to the province I got an investment for 800/sqm. Just really depends where you go I guess.
