A very unique house, nice lay out, but needs renovation
The owners are either an artist, art collectors, or architects..the design is Modern-Japanese Naturalist-brutalist design....truly unique and one of a kind..only if I can afford it...

What I'm surprised the most about this video is that Ms. Princess is only 5'1/5"2 because she looks so tall.

The pool though.🙄 Why is it green?🤔 Is it the pool tiles or is it really dirty? 🧐 This shot/view of the property could have been great and more enticing to the eyes for future buyers.

I'll wait for the video where you show the pantry, staff quarters etc. The Philippines is a joke when it comes to house viewings and the owner is unable to tidy up the place and take the family and staff out during the viewing whilst the realtor has to make bullsh1t excuses about protecting privacy and security.
If the owners are still living in the house, I wonder why they are selling it 🤔

Patawa yung den area. Why would you put a big couch na haharang sa pinto and will ruin the presentation? You want P48m for your house, at least help your real estate agent by cleaning and organizing the areas.
That facade is not inviting at all and the house in its entirety may even be a topic for discussion about ghosts.

Yes I agree. Maybe because of its design. Well Filipinos have this kind of ideas and views of houses looking like this, due to the beliefs in superstition and tall tale tales about the supernatural realm.

Kulang sa details at construction history, bawal sa ibang country yan. You have to be transparent on everything when you're selling expensive properties. Samples is Sierra Schotts, complete house record ang binibigay niya.
