Wonderful, much better than simply reading the manual ! Thanks!
Glad you enjoyed it! You are welcome.
Very helpful…thanks for the detailed explanations!
You are welcome! Did you get your NuRAD/ NuEVI?
@@ewi_den not yet…I’m about 3-4 weeks out!
Oh that's great news!!! What is the story that brought you to the EWI and the NuRAD? (always an interesting tale.)
My degrees are in Music Education but I spent most of my working career in finance before retiring a few years ago. I was always intrigued by wind controllers so I purchased an Akai 4000s a few years ago.
I love the flexibility that a wind controller provides. There are tons of sounds and styles to sample, and it’s a blast to write tunes for the grandkids.
Unfortunate, the Akai 4000s isn’t always the most reliable instrument, especially since it’s based on 2006 technology. I tried the Roland Aerophone 30 but it wasn’t a good match for me.
I had heard great things about the NuRAD so I signed up for the waiting list over a year ago.
Can’t wait to try it out!
@@hm51008 similar experience here. The 4000 was my favorite until it ‘died’. Never had good luck with the 5000s. The NuRAD is now, far and away my favorite!! Keep in touch, and reach out when it arrives. I hope that is very soon!!
Hi there, just wondering if you might be able to help me out:
I have tried plugging the Nurad in and going into midi monitor. Yet when I do the "midi sources" dropdown menu is empty. Do you know if I need to download something? thanks
Ok. No, there isn't anything else to download. First, try a computer restart. Second, Try a different Midi cable. If that didn't work email me at curtsipe.com and we can arrange a Zoom meeting to figure it out.
