    Great workout!!! Greetings from Norway, the country where Telemarkskiing started. Its great to see that this is also a popular way of skiing in other countries =O)

    Excellent knowledge, the jumps are a great way to train! Thank about the first muscle to start burning when your tele skiing. 90% of the time its your Quad's
