How do your coloured cakes look so good? Mine look terrible when I try colouring them. And whenever I try to get a rich, vibrant, deep coloured icing it literally tastes of E numbers because I have to use so much colour :'(
Hey! I just a gel based food colouring from either AmeriColor or Wilton. They're a more concentrated food colouring so you don't need to add in nearly as much as a liquid based food colouring that you buy at grocery stores.
