It's a throwback from Street Fighter X Tekken against because first Kazuya fought against Akuma on Campaign in Tekken 7 and now Kazuya is ready to fight his rivals against Ryu and Ken in Super Smash Bros Ultimate.
Trick there is to use his boss moves to their full potential. His f+3+4 teleport passes through his full meter hadoken. His 3,1,4 breaks Akuma's parry. You have f+1+2 for wall carry and CD+1+4 for combo ender. Both above average. b+3+4 to put you outside of the d+3 clean hit range. The fight is all about reacting to Akuma properly.
