Wow. Just wow. No narrator. No extra music being played over the footage. Just brilliant camera work and editing capturing the sights and sounds of game day. To the person or team that worked on this, my hat is off to you. Having been to a ton of games, I've never seen a video that captures the feeling of actually being there quite like this one did.
Saw my first game there in '68, was a 2nd grader........walking up the ramp holding on tight to dad's hand. I recall the excitement grew as we got closer to the top.......the sound, the sights, even the smell. I'd be lying if I say I wasn't a little scared. Autzen may not be the biggest, maybe not even the loudest.......but it's surely the best!! *GO DUCKS!!*
Very different. My grandma was a Chase and lived where Chase Gardens used to be. We used to just hope over the street to the parking lot to tailgate. Well before all the Nike money and all the stadium rebuilds.
Saturday will be our last day in Autzen stadium until the spring game. I can't wait to take in all these sounds, sights and wonderful duck fans. There is something relaxing about being in Autzen. Go Ducks and Huck the Fuskies
Exceptional. Great camera work and a variety of shots from set up to game (with an all access pass!) and the Shout. And the editing is top drawer also...no flash cuts or tricky effect shots, just angles and atmosphere. Nat sound! That is rare. Ex TV editor here and props to all involved with this video.
Depends. It put me back nearly 600 for two tickets in the rafters the week of the game but credit card bills be damned, I WAS going to be at that game and it was worth every cent!
@@BSkrilla I am going to be jealous of you for an entire year. Before Tix went on sale and schedule was posted, knew instantly that was the one to be at. Damn.
Unfortunately, UA-cam only supports 8k on certain devices or browsers. If you can, try a different browser (Chrome or Firefox). Hopefully, it still looks great in 4k. Thanks for watching. Go Ducks!
@@uoregon Oh, I didn't know that! Thanks for the heads up. Also, I bet a video shot in 8k played in 4k on a 4k screen will still look better than a video natively shot in 4k.
Well it wouldn't ideal but it might not be. Remember, if we somehow lose the rematch with the Suckeyes in the B1G title game we're still guaranteed a home game in the first round. I'd rather have the bye than a playoff game at Autzen but damned if it isn't a decent consolation prize!
I tried to play this 8-minute video in 8K, and my computer basically threw a tantrum! It was like watching a toddler try to lift a boulder-just crashing and flailing everywhere. I’m starting to think my computer’s idea of “high definition” means “highly distressed” So, just for fun, can anyone tell me how much storage this 8K video has!
It was there for the Ohio State game, just obviously not in the Stadium. That probably would've been a tighter fit than the rubber ducky those kids left in The Shoe lol

I remember that walk to Autzen 40 years ago. The atmosphere was a bit different then. So fun to see this.

There’s a chance Oregon could host the first round of the playoff. If Oregon loses the B1G championship game

Bean Hall alum from 30 years ago. I remember that walk to Autzen over the Willamette, great to see that the path is still the same.
What an absolute wild atmosphere!! Has to honestly be a tough place to play!
I flew in from ohio for my first ever Oregon Ducks game and it was an unforgettable time, can't wait to come back next season 🦆🦆
Autzen. A venue like no other.
I could watch this all day
I went to this game. But really wanted to see Ohio St. You had to mortgage your house to see that one.
ditto - MSU was fun to go to from here in TX but wish I could have afforded OSU
@@stacehouk3758another 🦆 fan in Texas? Let’s go

Found a last second ticket for about $200 bucks and was pretty close to the 50. So worth it

I wish I was born in Oregon and attended that university
Sony A1? Doesn't look saturated enough to be a Canon, not filmic enough to be a RED or Blackmagic.
Proud to be a Duck!! Go Ducks!!
UA-cam doesn't allow 8k uploads anymore. It maxes out at 4k :/

How is this weekend the last home game 😭

Too bad UA-cam can only stream upscaled 4k which isn’t even native 4k let alone 8k.

It was there on the walk to Autzen
He stayed in Indy waiting for the big 10 championship 😅
