Hey, great knife! In addition to being a pipe smoker, I'm also a "knife nut". I collect them, sharpen professionally, and dabble in making them. Bradford makes a great knife!, they send their knives to one of the best heat treatment companies out there to really bring out the best qualities in the steel. If you're not worried about corrosion resistance in a blade steel, you should really check out K390 steel ( spyderco makes several models in K390 ). The edge retention is phenomenal, and it has good toughness too. It can be tricky to sharpen, but if you run into any problems, I'll definitely help you out!. I'll be looking forward to seeing more of your collection!
